Refuses to speak with me as is Gigabyte at the time of this review. I will not recommend this products nor would I even suggest consumers visit this location until some serious logistic and support structural changes were made.

Terrible laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So basically I got this laptop and it has insane amount of crashing even when I got it 16 GB of ram and it kept crashing still sure it has a good software sure it has a good display fans and battery but crashes a lot for no reason and other people had problems with this too

Pray you won’t need tech support

They charged $300 because apparently it wasn’t covered under the warranty. We get the laptop back and it won’t charge. At all. We tried a myriad of chargers. We went to Geek Squads at two different Best Buy’s. Called Altus multiple times. The last call was a lady with a very thick accent who was not at all helpful. My son is convinced she was just making things up. Terrible company
