Customers are saying

Customers recognize the AORUS 15.6" gaming laptop's strong performance and upgradable RAM as significant advantages, along with its good graphics and generally solid build quality. However, some users point to the noticeable fan noise and relatively short battery life as drawbacks. Concerns were also raised regarding the laptop's boot times and its weight.

Outer Loop store in Louisville sold a defective one. Refuses to speak with me as is Gigabyte at the time of this review. I will not recommend this products nor would I even suggest consumers visit this location until some serious logistic and support structural changes were made.

My son used it for six months and then the screen cracked. No worries. We sent it in for a repair. They charged $300 because apparently it wasn’t covered under the warranty. We get the laptop back and it won’t charge. At all. We tried a myriad of chargers. We went to Geek Squads at two different Best Buy’s. Called Altus multiple times. The last call was a lady with a very thick accent who was not at all helpful. My son is convinced she was just making things up. Terrible company
