Posted .Sorry to read about your experience with the mouse. If the mouse is only stuttering in wireless, please try plugging the wireless dongle into a different USB port that goes directly into your PC / motherboard - avoid using latest gen USB ports if possible.
As for the software, assuming you have the Model O 2 Wireless and you're using CORE 2.1.X, you can give Legacy CORE a try as well - it comes with full support for your mouse and you should be able to customize all of the settings without issues.
Good mouse, but average battery life

They make good wired mice, but the wireless ones are god awful. You can use the mouse with a wire, but it will cut off constantly… unlike a traditional wired mouse.

Posted .Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please note that your current settings may affect the battery life of your mouse. Please try disabling RGB or setting the brightness as low as possible. Additionally, a higher polling rate can also drain the battery faster - please give lower polling rates a try. Lastly, ensure that the RGB turns off if the mouse is idle for some time - you can set this in our Legacy CORE software.

Great feel and well built in my opinion. Time will tell how long it will last for but for now its my favorite gaming mouse I’ve ever had honestly.
