God of War PS4 is the greatest game I have played in 2018. This is my first God of War game I have ever played, and it is fantastic. Great story, game has a great combat system, and it is a lengthy game, I am 20+ hours in, and have a lot left to do. Definitely a must own.

Although the fighting can get a little repetitive in my opinion, the world is gorgeous and I find myself wanting to know more about the characters and their story.

I really wanted to play this game since it was released, but I wasn't able to buy it then, now, that i had the oportunity to buy it, I'm really happy, and super happy cause it was on sale, I can't stop playing it, the story is so good. I love this kind of games

I’ve played every God of War and have loved each iteration. But this game is special. This isn’t just the best God of War game, it’s one of the best games ever made. I could go on and on but it truly is a game that needs to be experienced for yourself. Thanks for reading!

This is different than the previous games in the series. It is open world and has elements similar to Tomb Raider, Far Cry and Assassins Creed if you like those games. The story is also much better than previous games with the interaction with his son who is at your side.

PS4 exclusive we’re killing it for a reason and putting the Xbox one to shame this game deserved the game of the year award.

There's a reason this game is already the front runner for GOTY. It's just flat out great in so many areas. And if you own a big screen 4K/HDR tv then it's even better. Sony 1st party exclusives are the reason to buy a PS4. You're missing out if you aren't playing them.

This is a great new jumping off point for God of War. The previous games were good from a gameplay standpoint, but were pretty rough on the story front. GoW (2018) steps it up on the narrative level while still retaining much that made the original games fun.

I was super excited for this series to continue and I wasn't disappointed. The graphics in this game are awesome, it's cool to watch him run through the different Terrain and leave tracks. You really have to coordinate your attack Style. The Norse lore is a great twist.

This is easy. You like action, adventure and exploring then pick it up. If you are a God of War fan then you already know what you're getting, but if you haven't been exposed to the series and this is your first go round then I am positive you will be hooked after this.

Don't listen to the people who don't like how they rebooted the franchise. This game is an excellent piece of work. Great graphics, awesome gameplay, and a fun experience overall. Be prepared to plow through enemies, or have them plow through you!

I have played all the games in the God of War series, and this game has a different dynamic because you are switching between playing as Kratos and his child. This game is more of a movie with gameplay built-in because of all the cutscenes.

This is the game that made me start playing my PS4 again. Loved the game so much that I picked up the ps4 pro as well to play this game in 4k HDR. Graphics are amazing. The setting of this game is different from the past. Instead you’re playing through Norse mythology.

I love this game. This copy of the game is for my friends’ 21st birthday, so that he can try it out before he plays the sequel.

God of War has completely updated for the current era of gaming. Kratos and Atreus, father and son, on a journey that will test their will and skill in a new environment. This is a quest that rewards exploration and tenacity. Theirs is an adventure not to be missed!

This new take on GoW is a more mature, more thoughtful story while still keeping all the crazy action that made the franchise great.

I never got into the God of War series until much later. I went and played the older games and liked them. Skipped a potion of the series, but that's not a problem with this game. It blends the Greek mythology with the Norse mythology. Challenging, but fun.

I've only been playing for about 3-4 hours, but so far this is the BEST GOW game I've ever played. And with the graphics of the PS4 and getting it on sale last week, it was an exceptional buy. A must have for fans of the genre and/or regular gamers.

You do not need to have played the previous games in the series, there might be one or two moments where they mention the previous ones but it is a brand new story and a whole different setting. I love the interaction between Kratos and his son.

I got this game for $39.99 after Gamers Club discount. At this price or less it’s a no brainer. Game is fun and as an aging gamer I like single player games that I can come back to at my leisure. Any fan of the series should not think twice about purchasing. Enjoy!
