A lot of things people already said about this game. I totally agree with all the people who gave GoW a 10/10. I just want to say: Thank you all developers who engaged in this project. It was an incredible and unforgettable adventure.

This game is gorgeous, controls well, is fun, and has a lot to do. It's a great game in every respect, just a little over hyped in my opinion.

I can't say how much I love this game. It is story driven, and has a superb cinematic style that is hard to beat, with excellent combat mechanics to go with it. If you enjoy single player games, then this game is a no brainer. Go gitchu some!

It look really good on the ps5 , it also run better and really consistent. Can't wait for the next one. I hope there is no DLC or expansion pass, and everything is on 1 disk like this.

First time playing this series and I thought it was great. The story was good, action felt good, but the ending left something to be desired.

Having played the originals, this is a bit of a departure in approach, but it's a welcome change and has become ranked in my top 10 for ps4. I like the gameplay, the characters and storyline is great, and it's highly addicting. So so good.

There isn’t much else I can add to the already impressive list of reviews for this game, but if you haven’t played this one yet then you are definitely missing out on one of the best games of the year, maybe even the decade!

I have played all the previous God of War titles but took a while getting around to this. I waited too long as this is the best game in the series yet. Wonderful story that shines Kratos in a different light.

I loved this game all the way through. If you are looking for a game to show off the power of your 4k tv, this is the game. There are so many large fights that look gorgeous. I was very impressed and plan on playing this game multiple times.

This game is incredible. Whether you've played any of the prior games or not, this one is a must play. The storytelling is fantastic and the gameplay is so much hack and slash fun. Everything made even better if you have a 4K TV and PS4 Pro.

A game oozing with love an dedication. A wonderful launch point for new entries into the franchise. Incredible story telling and game design. Easily the best game of 2018 so far, and reason enough to buy a PS4. I cannot recommend it enough.

Purchased this for my dad, who has been a long-time God of War fan. He absolutely loved this game. The second reason I purchased this was so that I could get it after he finished it, and I'm so far loving it. Game of the year contender IMO.

God of war has always been one of my favorite PlayStation games. This new sequel is no different. In fact, this takes it to the next level with Norse mythology. I can't wait for the next update to this version of the franchise

I was super excited for this game to come out, and bummed that I wasn't able to afford it right away. But it was worth the wait. the opening was emotional and the first big fight was such a blindside that I was genuinely shocked.

I originally bought this game due to all the hype. I'm usually not a fan of RPG but I've thoroughly enjoyed the gameplay so far. It is a very in depth game and allows for quite a bit of exploration. Definitely a quality game. Worth the buy.

I would recommend God of War to anyone who loves action packed games with great graphics and cinematography

God of War’s return was better than many had anticipated. From the uncut camera, to the fantastic new world which was created, and the depth of character development, this game truly earned its official title, of the best of 2018.

One of the best God of War games I have played! Kratos is the best character that playstation has ever made. If you like mythology and a great story with some action, this is the game to own.
