I've never played a God of War game and this one absolutely blew me away. Lots of fun and one of the best looking games I've ever played. One of the best games of this generation!

This is the longest game of the entire series and it delivers in every way. Combat feels good, but ton of skills and abilities to unlock. Story is great. Sound and visual is top notch. tons of side contents. You also need to think and be tactical in a fight which make the combat even better for me. Difficulty setting for players of any skill level, and the "Give Me God of War" mode is extremely hard. Its the hardest mode I have ever played in my life and I been gaming for 28 years. Do not choose this mode unless your prepared to die in every encounters. You can be stuck for hours on a single fight. I still love this mode though.

I've already dropped dozens of hours into this game and can't imagine putting it down soon. No surprise that this game won GotY over several other quality games from 2018.

The latest God War is amazing. You get to see a lot more depth of Kratos as opposed to him just being the rage beast that he's been in the previous games. Highly recommend.

In general it is a great game, at first it seems a bit slow, but as you go on in the story it gets better and it creates an addiction and you do not want to stop playing it hahaha

I enjoyed this game from start to finish, I'm glad in the direction they took this game with nordic mythology which it feels like a continuation/soft reboot, definitely a must buy

Wow it's been a while since I was excited to play something and this game is sweet. Love that the camera follows Kratos constantly and the graphics and game play are just amazing.

This game is great all around. Graphics, narrative, gameplay, it has it all. Only complaint? Font is too small! Seriously, that is the only complaint. That's how good the game is.

Graphics are great, combat is well done and fluid. Story line is good and will keep you going.

My children are absolutely thrilled with the PS4 and could not be happier that it is limited edition. They love the graphics and all of the bells and whistles that it provides.

The Story behind the Story of God of War is based on Mythology and Mystery. There is always something new to learn on the pieces of Norse battles involving parenting. Intense!!!!

Due to time I have not finished this game, but the part of the game I've played are phenomenal. I look forward to completing the game soon.

I have followed God of War since it came out and I must say was not expecting much from this one. After playing the first 15 min had to put the control down and say wow. WOW!!!!!

Gameplay has been fantastic. Enjoying the new open world style of it compared to the linear style of the originals

(SPOILER FREE) God of War for PS4 takes the adventure into new territories and delivers an experience that is different than previous titles. Single-player gaming at its finest.

A classic must have game for any playstation owner especially on the ps5. Such a smooth experience on performance mode with great visuals

Sony Santa Monica has done it again. They took the God of War franchise we all know and love and turned it on it’s head, improving it in every way. Game of the Year 2018.
