I vividly remember playing the earlier GoW games and just being taken in by the story and world that was built; it was amazing to have those feelings all over again with this game. Combat is amazing and the story/characters/world are exceptional.

Just finished this game, and man, what a great story! It definitely picks up after the first quarter of the game, so don't get too discouraged by the first hour or so. Gameplay wise, all I can really say is you truely feel like a badass throughout.

Incredible game. I've only played about five hours so far, but have been enjoying everything about this. The combat is smooth and intuitive. Graphics are great. Story is incredible. I don't like paying $60 for single player only games, but this was worth it.

What can I say that dozens of reviews haven't already said. This game is hear from beginning to end. Engaging story that has Kratos grow up some, but also a ton of fun to play as the battle system is top notch. A must own for PS4 owners.

I wasn't really sure if this was going to be a big difference compared to the other games but...WOAH! The graphics are beautiful and the story is functional and exciting. There are tons of blood and gore but that's to be expected. Get this game!

This is one of the best games out there, action packed ,puzzles to solve and you get to learn about some mythology in a exciting way the game moves very smoothly . You have the main game plus a lot of Side quests ! Enjoy this game it's definitely a 10+ !

Thde story is amazing, you get much more in this game than the pthers. Previous GOWS you would run around and kill your way to the end. This is different; you now must adventure around and collect items, do side quests and level up kratos and atreus.The story is amazing and i almost shed a tear, graphics are nice and it gave me a lot to do. platinumed this game in 20 days! I give it 4.5 stars and not all 5 because i did not like the battle system and it wasnt too challenging of a puzzle game like it used to be. Id put this game in my top 3 of gows, with gow 1 and 2.

Once again God of War does not disappoint. The story line is insane it will leave you flabergasted.Whether you're new to God of War or a seasoned player you will love,love this game from the graphics ,the characters and the action. Awesome,awesome ,awesome

Although I had played all of the previous God of War games, this one by far is my favorite. Until I played this game, the God of War games were just ok for me honestly. Obviously, the graphics are better than the previous God of War games, but the storyline with the son, and waiting to get the Playstation Hits version of God of War for $9.99, is awesome. This one is definitely one of my favorite games to play on PS4, and by far the best God of War game ever.

Overall the game is a well polished, engaging title that leaves little to be desired. It looks amazing, has a driving story, surprising character development and a satisfyingly deep character progression system. Must check it out if you like action rpg’s.

This game is absolutely fabulous. The game demonstrates a well, thought out, creative story for the God Of War franchise. The graphics and supporting sound, speech are crystal clear. This game is definitely in my top 5 of non VR games. Highly recommend!!

This is by far my favorite entry into the series. It was redesigned from the bottom up and plays better than ever. The graphics are unprecedented. The gameplay is excellent and the story is outstanding. I have and will continue to recommend this game.

This is one violent game so be warned, but it is also one of best games that Playstation has ever put out. This one has one many awards for the story and responsive game play. Truly not one to be missed.

Hard to argue this isn't the best game on the PS4. The world is visually amazing, the combat feels good, the quests are varied and tie in smoothly with the story, and the story...is just gripping. Top notch on all levels. Buy it.

It was great to see Kratos again after such a long time. This time he has son in tow. A great story, great graphics and plenty to do after the plot ends. I have all of the previous games and I have to say this is probably my favorite game of all time.

I absolutely loved this game. I've been a God of War fan for a very long time. The combat, graphics, story are all stellar. Also, the side stuff keeps you occuppied past finishing the main story. I 100% recommend buying this game to anyone with a PS4.
