This brand new take on GoW is simply amazing. The dynamic between father Kratos and son Atreus is flawless in terms of story and gameplay. The combat is also something new to GoW and yet done splendidly. Go pick this game up immediately.

The best game ever made. The narration, the relation between the father and the son, the conversations with Mimir, emotions portrayed on the screen, this game is a masterpiece.

Man, it would be be easier to just state the bad about this game. Which would be the following....nothing. This is by far the best one out if the series. A little harder to get the moves down but once you get it down you won't be able to turn it off.

This game was very different from past GOW games and that what makes it excellent. The story and voice acting was well done. The bond and interaction between father and son on this game is great. This game deserves the high score it has got.

GOD is an amazing game with outstanding gameplay, storyline, and graphics. you will be completely absorbed in the game. The controls are also pretty nice and lot of amzing moved to enjoy the game completly.

This game blew me away, the story was intense the game play was simple and yet still felt like you were using complicated controls. The fighting mechanic was so awesome made me feel as if I was the one fighting. 10/10 game would recommend to anyone.

Be warned: this is NOT the God of War you have come to know and love... it's much much better. The story for this GoW goes so much deeper than anything past. I would highly recommend this game to anyone who enjoys hack n slack rpg-type action games!

I have played this game for about 10 hours or so, it has pretty good story so far and good graphics. I like the customizability of Kratos and the boy with weapon and gear enhancements. While it is not completely open world eventually you will get to a point where it appears more open world to be explored. Only negative has been how often he uses the term "boy". Boy, I tell you what - it gets pretty annoying. Otherwise it is a solid game so far. Not quite as action packed as the first GOW series but a good twist from the usual

This game was amazing to play and replay. A very engaging story. The combat is fluid and challenging. Like a good book the story grabs you and keeps you playing until it's over. I highly recommend it for any fantasy or adventure game fans

So glad this won Game of the Year! This game looks amazing in 4K HDR and has a great story. The combat is awesome and it plays a lot more like Zelda than past GoW games. The best companion character I've ever seen in a game and very fun!

I had my doubts about this one from the trailers and few clips of gameplay I had seen and they all went away within the first 20 minutes. This game is absolutely gorgeous, the way they implemented the nordic mythology is always interesting, and the music is a definite highlight. Combat takes some getting used to but it is very engaging. The first boss fight had me immersed on every level and that's a feeling that never went away. You are always doing something interesting wether its some dialogue, a new character or enemy, a tricky puzzle, or a new miniboss combination, the game keeps you on your toes. The gear system was not my cup of tea, but it didn't negatively affect my gameplay experience. Overall this is a really fun game that mixes story and hack and slash gameplay in a very cool way. I'd recommend trying it.

what can i say hes back hes old but he is still kicking butt and getting his boy to follow his footsteps mechanics being changed a little but overrall is pretty good awesome story beautiful brutality lol and more hope we get to see more later on

I don't even know where to begin. This game is so good. The graphics, gameplay and story is so good. From Greek Mythology to Norse Mythology. Once you play, you will not want to stop. There's so many content that you will get hours of gameplay.

This was my first God of War game ever and honestly it is one of the best games I have ever played. The story is marvelous and it’s addicting so be cautious because you may stay up all night trying to complete the story because it is that good!

God of War 4 is the best in the series. Kratos character development is truly great and his growing bond with Atreus is great story telling. The gameplay is simply fun and challenging. This will go down as one of the greatest game of all time.
