The game play is different than orginal "God of War" games but its still close enough to the old style of play that you can master it very quickly. This game is very hard but it dying a few times and finally beating it offers me a sense of accomplishment. If it gets to tough for you, the game does offer the ability to turn down the difficulty. Overall it's one of my favorite, if not my favorite "God of War" games

It's because of games like these that the PS4 remains one of the best gaming consoles of the current generation. The game runs as if it were hand-crafted by video game gods that know how to optimize a beautiful looking game like no other. The combat is definitely worthy of the series and this game seems to be what all other games aim to achieve in terms of satisfying gameplay. Absolutely would recommend.

After getting tiresome sequels of more gore, this thoughtful sequel deserves all the praises. Kraitos is matured old man, and while you can never separate him from violence, it has more purpose to it. Sure, his son can be annoying at times, but that makes it more enduring by showing more human in him. Played it on regular PS4 and looks great. Probably better on Pro, but I don't own that console.

This game is totally worth it. Both the story line and the game play will blow your mind.

Simply put, this is one of the best games available for the PS4. Arguably the best game on the PS4 depending on your tastes. Fantastic storytelling, a beautifully designed world, rich with elements of Norse mythology, a refreshing blend of open world exploration and linear action sequences, and an extremely satisfying combat system. I have some nitpicks but they're minor compared to the strengths of the game.

Is just a great game and fun to play, story is amazing and the graphics are stunning.
