Super fun and Great game! I highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t played it

Oftentimes, I'm unable to get through entire games nowadays just due to being so busy. This game, however, drew me in and kept me there throughout the entire way and didn't let go until after the ending credits. An absolute masterpiece, emotionally gripping story, beautiful environments and tight gameplay.

Three letters... WOW! When they said the graphics on the PS4 Pro would blow you away, I immediately thought... "I guess that means us regular PS4 users won't be nearly as impressed with the detail." WRONG! I can't say enough how amazing this game looks even on a regular PS4 running on an 4K Ultra HD set. I'm sure my own Sony TV has something to do with the quality too, but man is it breathtaking. The eye-candy is second to none in my opinion. And even though I've only put in about 4 to 5 hours of game play, I can't say enough good things about that too. I usually don't spend a lot of time doing PvE campaigns in most video games. My preference is to jump right into the PvP stuff, but this game has me hooked and locked into it, and I haven't done any PvP in any other games in a few days now. I also purchased Far Cry 5 well before GoW, and I played maybe an hour of that before losing interest. The graphics were really good, but I wasn't so fond of the story line and some of the game play. GoW is easily one of the best action titles this year, if not THE best. I highly recommend it.

If you’ve ever played a previous God of War game, play this one. If you never have, now is the perfect time to start. The series first step into Norse Mythology is its best so far. Graphics are amazing, gameplay is satisfying, story is engaging... This is as close to Valhalla as you’ll get without dying.

I've never played a God of War game prior to this one. So if you are in the same boat as me, fear not! You must buy this game and play it. You won't feel lost in the story or anything. Gameplay is top notch and it's extremely fun to master all the different moves and abilities. You must get this game and play it!!!

Combat, story, visuals, all make for the best game of the generation. This game will quickly hook you and keep you hooked all the way through the incredible story. There is also a ton of things to do off the main path that is worth getting into to upgrade Kratos and his son, Atreus.

For anyone who loves the original GOW series, and for new fans, this game is amazing. The story, gameplay, and visuals are stunning. The amount of detail the GOW team has placed into this game consistently surprises me. I would highly encourage anyone who loves story-based games of any skill level to play this game.

Long time fan of the franchise and the newest installment in the GoW series does not disappoint! Amazing graphics and in depth story line and character development combine with fantastic game play to give us arguably the best game in the franchise. If you have a 4K TV and a Playstation pro, this game is a must have!

This is my first entry to this series. I’m actually having a great time with the game. The graphics are stunning and the story is great too. I don’t play much games on my ps4 but this game surprised me because in battles you have to literally use all buttons if you want to Kroto’s to live. Newbie player recommended.

I've have a few friends who refuse to play it because they do not enjoy hack and slashers which the prior installments are. This is not a hack and slasher. The combat is well thought out and a part of the game I enjoy immensely. The story is great and graphics really blow me away.

I will keep it short and sweet. This is the epitome and and new ceiling of what action narritive video games can achive and be. Stellar presentation, outstanding narriation, and superb gameplay all topped off with jaw dropping graphics, makes this a must own killer app game for anyone who likes videogames.

This game is awesome. The visuals are beautiful, excellent story and i really like the way the new view looks. Is it perfect? No it is not, but no game is. It is a must buy especially if you played the previous ones. Cant wait for what is next. A new bar has been set. Finally after 2 yrs my ps4 got some action.

If you enjoy a great story, a visual eye fest, and stellar game play all contained in a single player experience, then this is a MUST OWN title. If you hate games or think multiplayer is the only acceptable gaming experience, then you're both wrong and not the target audience. Seek your game in another castle.

I am pretty sure everyone knows this already but the game is gorgeous, the story is great and a good departure from the original games, while still tying it in a believable way. The gameplay to me is not game changing but it is satisfying enough that it does not become repetitive. 5/5

First let me start in stating I only bought my PlayStation 4 for this game (the other don’t exclusives are just a bonus). This is the best way to follow up god of war 3! The story pulls you in to the point where you can’t put the controller down. I’d recommend this game to everyone that owns a PlayStation 4.

Amazing game with in-depth combat and combos. The story will bring you in close and whisper sweet nothings in your ear. You'll learn to love BOY and the family Kratos has been able to gather. If you even remotely like good games you have to play this.

Great Sequel, I can't speak about this game, but this is the right direction for next-gen. I come from GOW1-3 and I love those games to death, this one is one of the BEST game on the PS4 right now. A must play.

An amazing experience for newcomers to the series and veterans alike. Do yourself a favor and go in completely blind, the story is actually really well done. Combat can be deeper than it looks at first glace, with a fair amount of customization of your play style. Can't wait for an expansion or a sequel.
