I've already dropped dozens of hours into this game and can't imagine putting it down soon. No surprise that this game won GotY over several other quality games from 2018.

Really fun game and different from the rest but still a good way to make a fresh start with a IP. Definitely worth having in your library.

In general it is a great game, at first it seems a bit slow, but as you go on in the story it gets better and it creates an addiction and you do not want to stop playing it hahaha

I enjoyed this game from start to finish, I'm glad in the direction they took this game with nordic mythology which it feels like a continuation/soft reboot, definitely a must buy

Wow it's been a while since I was excited to play something and this game is sweet. Love that the camera follows Kratos constantly and the graphics and game play are just amazing.

This game is great all around. Graphics, narrative, gameplay, it has it all. Only complaint? Font is too small! Seriously, that is the only complaint. That's how good the game is.

Classic franchise that was well worth the wait. They should make all the GOW'S available on ps4 and ps5 so you can enjoy the whole series.

Graphics are great, combat is well done and fluid. Story line is good and will keep you going.

My children are absolutely thrilled with the PS4 and could not be happier that it is limited edition. They love the graphics and all of the bells and whistles that it provides.

The Story behind the Story of God of War is based on Mythology and Mystery. There is always something new to learn on the pieces of Norse battles involving parenting. Intense!!!!

A perfect title to experience what games should be made like.

I have followed God of War since it came out and I must say was not expecting much from this one. After playing the first 15 min had to put the control down and say wow. WOW!!!!!

(SPOILER FREE) God of War for PS4 takes the adventure into new territories and delivers an experience that is different than previous titles. Single-player gaming at its finest.

Due to time I have not finished this game, but the part of the game I've played are phenomenal. I look forward to completing the game soon.

Sony Santa Monica has done it again. They took the God of War franchise we all know and love and turned it on it’s head, improving it in every way. Game of the Year 2018.

Been playing gow since the first one came out. This one was a bit different but loved the story plot and the action that was packed in the game. This is easily game of the year!

Been waiting for this game for years and it did not disappoint the graphics are fantastic on my 4K tv and the new aspect of Having atreus fighting along side you is a nice twist

Wow after putting in 30+ hours I must say this has been one of the greatest games I’ve played. Even if you haven’t played the other god of wars I can’t recommend this one enough

A worthy successor to the older entries in the franchise. This manages to be a solid adventure game while being distinct enough from the original trilogy as to stand on its own.

Amazing graphics, story and gameplay. The combat has been refined from the earlier games and has a much more "immediate" feel since the camera never leaves Kratos's perspective.
