Story was amazing !! With this game main character Kratos is showing himself more than other series.He is just trying to be a good man and caring about his family.When I finished the story part I’ve realized I only finished %25 of the game.so much fun to play !

I loved the God of War games when I was growing up and I was excited to see a reboot done to the series, but was wondering how it would be approached in this era. They have done an absolutely amazing job with this game, if you have not played it yet, it is worth picking up, especially at the PlayStation hits price. The game has a much more mature tone while addressing the dynamics of father and son relationship as they progress through the game. But if you loved the hack and slash aspects of the old games, you will not be let down here either. The weapons are very well done, and fun to use, plus you learn to integrate your sons bow into your combat style.

If you have a PS4 buy this game. I was going to wait until my friends were done playing it then I would borrow theirs. But there are soma things you can do I would of been waiting over a year! This game is lots of fun, great story, it is so good you lose track of time!

This game just won Game of the Year for 2018. And for good reason. It's fantastic! It's quite a bit different than other God of War games, but I prefer this style. It's got a good story and fantastic visuals. And throwing/retrieving your axe feels really good.

This game is astounding. Between the story and the graphics, it's one of the most impressive games I've ever played. Definitely takes some commitment as the story isn't exactly short, and it can be quite challenging at times.

This game is good in and out! It truly reminds me of The Last of Us! When a story mode game can compare with that(The Last of Us), it says a lot! I was hooked from the start of the game, be sure you choose the right game mode because I chose hard and it is a challenge!

This game is outstanding, especially considering there have been so many installments. The developers have found ways to make this game appeal to fans while gaining new ones. The graphics are amazing, especially on the PS4 Pro and and the story is well thought out.

This game is easily one of the top 5 best games every released for ps4. Graphics are stunning. The world is immense. The sheer scale of this game is amazing. The story is awesome. The voice acting and animation is on point. A+

It's simple. Buy and play this game!. Even if you don't know much about the previous God of War games it's still a great starting point. Gameplay is different from the others but fits perfectly with immersive environments and story. Don't second guess this. Just buy!

In terms of games being $60 nowadays, you really have to wonder if you get the full investment for the price. God of War is one of those PS4 exclusives that made me switch from Xbox One (i still own my xbox one as well). Incredible story line, highly recommend.

This game gets my vote for game of the year. The graphics are amazing, the game play is different from previous installation, but very smooth and intuitive, and the story is very good. If you haven’t played this game, stop what you’re doing and play it now!

God of war is back. The gameplay is great and the story is great too. There is plenty of things to do, both main and side quests. Just like the rest of the series, the combat is exciting and loads of fun and the new third person over the shoulder camera works great.

It has changed for the better, better in everything, engaging story, cinematic experiences, and the graphic it has can blow one away, and the combat has changed too which is a lot better and rewarding not like before which was hack n slash, love everything about it.

This is one of the top games I’ve played. It sits up there with the last of us in terms of story and character development. Gameplay is a twist on the god of war formula, much more difficult and precise like dark souls and a different behind the shoulder viewpoint.

I was thoroughly done with the God of War as a franchise, and then they went and deviated from the tiresome formula and made this masterpiece. Rich in story, awesome combat, and satisfying open world make this the best experience on PS4.

This game is beautiful and compelling! As a first time God of War player, I was immediately captivated by the story, characters, world, and lore. The graphics are gorgeous and the gameplay is extremely enjoyable.

This was my first God of War game and it really blew me away with the attention to detail and the story telling. The combat is fun and the graphics are great. If you like Norse mythology you’ll dig it even more.

I was expecting a lot from this game (like everyone else) and it does not disappoint one bit ... the graphic, the story line, the gameplay, the fighting, the dialogue ... everything is flawless. If you’re going to get a game this summer make sure it’s god of war
