Master piece! BEST GAME of 2018!!!! This game is worth every penny and then some; if you are a fan of great story telling, over the top action packed game play, smart and fun level designs.... you wont be disappointed

I usually don’t buy games shortly after its release date but I decided to give this game a chance after all the hype. It definitely lives up to the praise. Combat is well executed and the story really engrosses you in the game.

This is one of those series i wish microsoft was able to put out. Solid story, amazing action, and the new rpg elements really add a fun layer. Third really bribed ALOT to the character of kratos. I cant recommend this enough.

I wasn't originally going to buy it, but the reviews were great so I tried it. This is the best game of the year, hands down. The combat and story are great. The graphics are awesome, and I'm only playing on a regular PS4.

The graphics in this game are beautiful, just stunning. Especially if you are playing the game on a PS4 Pro. I liked the story. It’s like watching a movie. You also kinda get protective of Kratos son. Just a beautiful game!

This is one of the best god of war games so far. With amazing graphics, interesting story line and character Dynamics. Playing in 4k on the PS4 pro is just gorgeous graphics. The game also offers a lot of stuff to do and find.

Usually when a game is over hyped it's too good to be true, but this game definitely lives up to the hype. I'm far from done with it, but so far i'm enjoying the story and the gameplay even if it is super challenging at times.

The graphics, cinematography, action, and storyline just propel this game to the next level. I’ve played all of the GOW games and this definitely brings back some old elements as well as new fighting dynamics that are amazing

God of War (2018) is a continuation of the series of the same name from the era of the PlayStation 2 and 3, but knowledge of the past games is not required to enjoy this newest entry. The game is a combat heavy action-rpg that takes place in a world of Norse mythology and follows the story of Kratos and his son Atreus as they go on a journey to complete the last request of their recently departed wife and mother. Over the course of the adventure, you'll craft and upgrade armor, explore a somewhat open world, and bump into the friends and family of the Norse pantheon. The thread tying all of the elements together is the emotional journey between Kratos and his son, it is an amazingly written and emotional tale that will have you clamoring for a sequel as soon as you're done.

Believe all the hype. This game is wonderful. A master class in cinematic action game design. A resonating story, fleshed out and developing characters, and tight, deliberate combat make this one of the best games on the PS4.

I used to love the old God of War games, but was skeptical seeing this come out. After reading some positive reviews, I caved and bought it. I'm so glad I did...it's an amazing experience that draws you in. Go out and buy it.

This is an amazing continuation of the God Of War series. Controls are tight and graphics are epic. The fighting system is easy to pick-up but has a ton of depth. It is easily one of the best games of this console generation.

I've been blown away by this game. The story, graphics and gameplay are all top notch. It's a completely new direction for the franchise but it does retain a few elements that make it feel like God of War. Highly recommended.

The guys at Santa Monica did an amazing job and creating a new GOW that is fun to play and more than the hack and slash it used to be. Combat is complex and the story leaves you wanting more through each setting. Great game.

GoW has always been a great series and this game will not disappoint. It is as visually stunning as always., couple that with a progression of the story, and gameplay from previous installments, you will love it.

This game hit me in the feels, provided amazing gameplay, and totally surpassed my expectations even though it was hyped to death. If you are even remotely curious about this game, buy it now; you won't be disappointed.

It's different then previous god of war games but I got to say is that its has one of the best stories of any game I've played,also a pretty easy Platinum for those trophy hunters out there

GOD OF WAR!!! WHO IN THE WORLD GIVES THIS LESS THAN 5 STARS UNLESS YOU ARE JUST USED TO SO MUCH OF THE GORE FROM BEFORE...new story, new Kratos, same amazing finish to a classic.

This quickly became one of my favorite games of all time. The combat feels amazing, the story is very well written, and the end game content is tough. It is a really rewarding game. I could not recommend it enough.
