God of war has been a part of my life ever since it came out on ps2. I have been patiently waiting on this to come out. Great story, atreus (his son) gets annoying sometimes but is needed for the story. this took me back 10 years when gow2 came out. now im just exploring but theres so much to explore who knows when i will complete it all. best game ever!

Story and combat merged together perfectly. Lots of great scenes.

This game, while slightly departing from the normal hack and slash style of God of War, separates itself from the series with a serious overtone of father hood and demons of one’s past. This is a story driven masterpiece that will leave you wanting more. Frustratingly difficult, but set to easy is fun to enjoy for any skill level. Highly recommended!

This new God of War game is amazing! I was a little apprehensive about playing this game since they slowed down the fighting from a fast and furious hack and slash to a more methodical fighter. I’m glad I gave the new fighting mechanics a try. This game is challenging , but enjoyable. The story is also great, and it kept me engaged until the ending.

One of my favorite games. Graphics and story are top notch.

So much to do without feeling overwhelmed by it, because so much is also story-locked before you can access certain areas and puzzles. Luckily, the story is incredible, and every bit of scenery wows, so you are never bored. The controls and combat took some getting used to, but once it sank in, it made a lot of sense. This is the game you get a PS4 for!
