This game is reason enough to purchase a PS4. The story and gameplay compliment each other very well. Definitely a must play game.

God of War (2018) is not only a masterpiece in storytelling, but in gameplay, level design and so much more. Kratos has never been better and you learn much about Norse mythology as you go along this personal journey with his son Atreus. Twists and turns await you as you embark on quests on a massive scale, done in one take too. It's the "Birdman" of video games, if you will (a reference to a movie famous for its "one take")

So yeah, it's a little odd not to be in Greece and to adapt to Norse mythology. But the game play and story line are solid so far.

I was gonna wait and get it later, but after hearing early reviews I realized that I had to buy it now and I was not disappointed!

It doesn't matter what type of game you like you have to give credit where credit is due God of War is the best game ever made to date. Could they have done some things better or maybe different of course but it's a very well-rounded game no matter who you are going to have fun playing the story is surprisingly quite long and I did get a platinum trophy you definitely have to grind to get it but it isn't the hardest to platinum no matter who you are and give this game a try you won't be disappointed

This is like a melee version of The Last of Us. Path driven open world game play with gorgeous graphics and an amazing storyline.
