Legit, you want a game that's challenging? Story gripping? Gorgeous to look at? This is your game, I definitely haven't played a game this great since Horizon Zero Dawn last year

This is an amazing game with a mature story that stays long with you. The gameplay is very fluid and natural. Definitely one of the year’s best games. Highly recommended.

The game itself is overall amazing with everything from the graphics to the way the story comes together. Feels like you're watching a movie but also playing the main character.

Graphics amazing. Minimum load times basically no load times unless you die and even then it's only a few seconds. Gameplay mechanics are top notch the axe feels so good when you throw it/recall it back Puzzles to solve are fun, rewarding, and never feel to hard. The story is easy to follow and very well written. The voice acting and soundtrack are some of the best I've heard in any video game I have ever played.

An early contender for game of the year, God of War is a beautiful action game with light RPG elements. The gameplay is fun, and the story compelling - buy this game yesterday!

Very good game. Interesting story and strong control over movements. Challenging boss fights and plenty of content and it doesnt bore you with finding too many useless artifacts

This game is excellent. I bought it as a holiday present for my brother, but I have played it in the past. It represents an interesting maturation for the character of Kratos, now a widower with a young son. Together they adventure through the world of Norse mythology. It is incredibly well written, almost beautiful. The gameplay is spot on and very fun. It's semi-open-world with a very linear progression- there are some optional bits that felt a bit grindy, but on the whole a great experience. Definitely recommend.

God of War is phenomenal. The gameplay is stellar, the story is gripping and personal, graphics are beautiful, sound is amazing, easily the best that 2018 has to offer.

This game is awesome. The graphics, the combat, and the story all are outstanding and hook you in completely. Side missions and upgrading armor and weapons were all rewarding.

Playing this on a standard PS4. Even though I don't have the PRO, this game still looks and plays fantastic. Great combat and a much different story for Kratos. GOTY contender.
