Always been a fan of the GoW series ever since the first game on PS2. This one blew my mind with the graphics, gameplay and story telling.

The return of God of War is different than previous games but that isn’t bad. The story is great and combat is fun.

As a long time fan of the series, I was looking forward to this latest adventure. This time it's a huge change of pace. Kratos' world is ever expanded with more of an open world to explore and discover. There's a huge change from the combo hit building action of its predecessors to challenges that need proper strategy and skill to complete. One of the main highlights is the interaction between Kratos and his son throughout the quest. The narrative here is superb. I can't praise this game highly enough. I thoroughly recommend this game.

I never cared for the series in the past but I have to give credit to the team for creating a masterpiece in every aspect. The way they portrayed the father son relationship has not been done in gaming before and it is brilliant. The game may seem a little linear at first but don't let that discourage you as it opens up later. The gameplay is a hack and slash with RPG elements and the pace of combat is certainly slower than traditional GoW but for the better. 4k upscaled resolution and HDR is among the best I've seen even compared to PC.

This was a gift for a gamer. They enjoyed the game tremendously.

If you're a fan of Kratos or even video games I'm general, definitely worth picking this one up. This game has some of the best combat out there and one of the best stories. Definitely worth buying a PS4 just for this game, this game is a system seller. If you already have a PS4 then absolutely get it! You will not regret it!

Wasn't sure what to expect because I grew up with the ps2 and ps3 versions of God of War and this installment of the series looked different so it kinda threw me off in the beginning, but wow was I wrong. The game is amazing. Both graphics and gameplay really sucked me into this world and kept me wanting to return to advance the story. I won't spoil anything so all ill say is is your fan of the series this one stands tall along side the others.
