I grew up on the God of War franchise, and I have to say that this is my favorite of all of them. It keeps the solid paced combat that while sometimes repetitive, it is never boring. The enemies evolve throughout the game and it is rewarding to become better at the combat in the game. When I finished it I was rewarded with a large smile, and I would gladly play it again. It is on the level of so many great PS4 exclusives, and it is a game that I plan on keeping just to revisit on a regular basis.

This is the best God of War game to date. Kratos is back with a vengeance and you won’t be disappointed! Buy this game!

What is there not to love about this game? The story sucks you in from the beginning and the controls are very comfortable.

Bought this on a recommendation from a friend. Price was right for Black Friday. Good to keep me busy for the holidays.

I'd give more stars to this review and to the game but I can't. This game is beyond gorgeous and the story is perfect.

Personal review here. Graphics are amazing. Storyline is amazing. But what I loved about GoW was the multiple enemies and combos that sent them flying. You definitely don't get the same kind of action, but what they changed it to is still worth playing. Had to take a star because it's just not my old GoW i fell in love with.

If you have not purchased the God of War because you thought it would be subpar, you are wrong. GREAT GAME AND STORY LINE!!
