This is hands down one of the best games of the year. A triumphant return to the franchise. The combat system is completely changed but still as deep and satisfying as the originals. The story is also great. It's much more grounded and personal, revolving around Kratos' strained relationship with his son. But of course, crazy, over the top, boss battles are present, as they should be. I've been taking my time with it, about halfway through, but I can't wait for what the studio has planned next.

Another PS exclusive that is a must own. Beautiful story, great game play and beautiful graphics.

This is the God of War we have all been waiting for. From start to finish this game is in a league of it's own. Playing along side with your son is different at first and takes getting used too but after a few hours you'll have it down. Reminds me of the Batman Arkham style games which I prefer over the side scrolling views from previous games. Button layout is different using R1/R2 combination mostly with your weapon. On a 50+ 4K tv this is one of the best looking games out now. Don't miss out.

It's a fun game. Pretty solid story and it has about 30 hours 0f gameplay which is pretty good for today's standard game time.

The over all gameplay is amazing and the story is engrossing. The character development is what truley steals the show though.

I grew up on the God of War franchise, and I have to say that this is my favorite of all of them. It keeps the solid paced combat that while sometimes repetitive, it is never boring. The enemies evolve throughout the game and it is rewarding to become better at the combat in the game. When I finished it I was rewarded with a large smile, and I would gladly play it again. It is on the level of so many great PS4 exclusives, and it is a game that I plan on keeping just to revisit on a regular basis.

Such a great game in a great series. The gameplay and story in this one is really solid. A must have in your PS4 collection

Great game! Definitely different from the previous titles. I will say tho its still a must play game in my opinion!
