First play through of the game has been fantastic. My only drawback is that cutscenes cannot be skipped at all. I normally dont skip cutscenes, but on repeat playthroughs it’s inconvenient to be unable to skip cutscenes. Otherwise, game is fantasic.

Anazing followup to the last God of war. If you are looking for a completely new game with new characters and weapons, look elsewhere. If you are looking to finish out the story of the first “Norse” God of war, then thus will delight you!

I don’t have a review yet as this is a Christmas gift for my son. he plays a lot of these games so I’m sure he’ll like it. Oh, and he shared he’s been waiting on this one & keeps hoping it’s under the tree well it is so he will be happy

Much better than the first game and that was good. It's obvious throughout the whole game Kratos is nerfed but you known that since the first game because he doesnt want to be that GOD anymore. He still is strong and a GOD killer.

2018 gave a classic of the PS4 era and now we are given it again for the PS5. If I ever have kids, I wonder how different it’ll be to play a game that’s so deeply personal for both father and son (or daughter). Great experience.

Delivers on everything amazing about God of War series. Open world is fantastic and filled with so much detail. The SSD usage on the PS5 does not go to waste with little to no loading at all when jumping between realms.

I waited so long to play the last one, that once I finished I couldn't wait for the next installment. Currently 35hrs in and yet to loose my attention. If your gonna by any games this year be sure to include this one.

Good story, lots of side quests, and a good extension of the 2018 release. If you liked the previous game, you will enjoy this one.

It does have its moments of dragging along as you walk from Point A to Point B, but visually and technically, its pretty darn good.

It is a masterwork of character driven storytelling with engaging, gripping combat and exploration. I cried, I laughed, I was shocked, I was smiling to my ears with glee, and all the emotions in between.

Loved it from the get-go. Jumping from the previous 2018 title, it still holds up in the epic fight sequences and gripping narrative. A must have for fans of God of War, and a must play title for the PS5.

What’s there to say other than god of war ragnarok continues the same legacy as it’s predecessors, another masterpiece. Not many games can match what god of war provides. Can’t wait to play it again

Arguably better than gow 4. Character development is amazing. Who is this kratos? Gow 1-3 kratos was a god killer. Gow 4-Ragnarok kratos  is, well a god killer, but nice about it. I like it.

This game is amazing!!!! The staff. Wonderful staff. This game is very friendly and kind. Most importantly they are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel comfortable.

The best game!! ❤️❤️❤️ my husband got me to play the previous version of the game and now I got addicted with the Ragnarok! Love all the update and new characters!! Can’t wait to finish the game!!!

The best game of 2022. I rate the game a 10/10. The action and story telling is top notch. It’s has a variety of difficulty levels so even if you are not a serious gamer it’s still enjoyable.

I been playing God of War since the first one that came out on ps2 n I have played every single one n every time there better and better and better. Definitely worth the wait and the cost.

Another great God of War although story a bit shorter than I would’ve liked the gameplay and graphics are top notch.

I'm struggling to enjoy this game which is a shame after the 2018 release. There are a lot of load screens disguised as crawling between tight walls or other obstacles. It's very apparent that this happens every few minutes as you move around the world. The combat is also very clunky which the tight FOV makes worse. The story is long and drawn out and everyone, including Kratos, is having some type of emotional break down or inability to communicate.
