Masterpiece video game. Must have! graphics are amazing, the story plays amazing, controlling, is absolutely incredible. This is my first God of war video game and it’s worth it.

An absolute masterpiece that vastly expands upon the foundation SMS laid down with 2018's God of War. The PS5 version in particular has flawless performance, showing impeccable level of polish.

GOW Ragnarok is easily one of the best games of this generation, it not only is a great sequel, but exceeds in excellence for storytelling and gameplay elements. A Masterpiece of this generation!

Bought this game as a gift for my son for Christmas. He loved it. It was a hoot. He told me it had a great story and great graphics. He is looking forward to see if there will be a 3rd one.

Lives up to the hype in almost every way. Bigger, better, and more heartfelt than its predecessor. That said, it still very much feels like a PS4 game and not a true next-gen title.

Very entertaining gaming experience, also a very well made game, especially considering the poor quality of gameplay and storytelling on most recent games. I completed the story in 60 hours including some of the side stories, but not looking to complete 100% on this one. Great graphics on gameplay and cinematics, also very good voice acting and mostly well written characters. It is worth playing this game. But having played GOW since the first this one feels too different from the original games, the story is good but a little too corny for me, also all characters are too sentimental and chatty, I know that's what they went for but I miss the intensity of the first GOW games they were just a good story to justify intense and challenging gameplay, Ragnarok has too many slow parts for storytelling and the RPG elements in the menus felt like a chore to me, they felt like playing yu-gi-oh cards instead of getting better as you battle through the game like it used to be. Nevertheless a good gaming experience, I am glad that newer generations get to experience GOW in some form.

Picks off after the end of God of War 2018. Decent soundtrack, but nothing too amazing. The gameplay was refined from 2018. Story wise, it's still just as good as the previous one.

You can tell that the heart blood sweat and tears of the developement team was put into the game and it shows not only in the impressive graphics but in also the captivating story.

The is one of the best games you will ever play. From the graphics to the gripping story. It is amazing. This is a must have and should win game of the year.

God of War Ragnarok takes place 2 years after the first one and serves as an excellent continuation to a very engaging story. Gameplay is expanded with more varied enemies and smoother controls. Unpopular opinion, I think God of War (2018) was better. Better paced, and well rounded. Ragnarok builds off that and refines it, but loses the pacing that I really enjoyed in yhe first one. Still 9/10 for me.
