Game/cabinet great; trackball needs improvement

Cabinet graphics are nice and the games are nostalgic. However the trackball broke after a week and I have been waiting weeks for a replacement (to which I have to reinstall myself). Might have given 4 stars if I received my trackball quickly. Might have given 5 stars if the trackball system was not so cheaply designed. The need to improve this part of the machine as this appears to be a common problem.

Yes they do stand behind the product. But if it shows up not working like mine. Be prepared to follow email instructions on how to correct it. Then when that doesn’t work . Be prepared to change out parts sent to you by manufacturer. Be prepared to be a service tech for the manufacturer. Not just the customer. If buying as a gift put it together beforehand.
