Bought the game at the 20 day period the game crashed needs a new board and ribbon cable Best Buy said they wouldn’t take it back because it was out of the 15 day return policy and now I’m having to wait up to 9 weeks to have a working machine I paid 300 plus dollars for! Not cool at all very disappointed in both Best Buy and Aracde 1 up

I’ve owned it for a month. Already the power cord failed and now the track ball does not work. Arcade 1 up customer service isn’t great. I’ve now had to fill out two tickets and wait for them to send parts to fix it myself. I’ve spent more time waiting for replacement parts than I have actually had a working machine. Don’t buy.

I get the game home and get it put together. I play 3 holes and it starts freezing up and the screen goes black. Because I have to now deal with manufacturer and not Best Buy I can’t bring it back to exchange it. BTW if anyone buys this the serial number they want is really the UPC code for your product registration. Took about 3 days of research to figure that out because the manufacturers website is impossible to navigate through. Don’t try to contact anyone on the phone heaven forbid. Long story short I had to send arcade1up proof of purchase, a picture, and a video to prove what was going on with the machine I had only had for 3 days. They are supposed to be sending me another game board. I still haven’t gotten the email for shipping. I pray those of you that buy this get a working one. Hopefully mine is just a one off.

Great game but not what I was expecting. It is great for a beginner but not good graphics compared to at bar

Although the box came in a bit beat up, all of the packaging within the box looked brand new. Upon opening up a few pieces, a lot had scatches/blemishes, and some dents even. Although I now these aren't "the highest quality" products, I proceeded to build it. Upon getting to the point where the screen needs to screw into the second side of the cabinet, I noticed the screw holes don't line up. I figured I made a mistake, took the whole thing apart, and put back together slowly. Nope, it was defective. The screw holes did not line up and had to return the product. I love the idea of having one of these cabinets as I see tons of great reviews, but after this defective one, I'm hesitating on getting another one due to the failure rates after they are built as well.

Put the unit together in about an hour. Plug the unit in, turned it on and the boot up screen was fine. Went to play the game and all the graphics were blurry. I submitted my concern to Arcade1Up as the instructions tell you to do. i was asked to take a picture or video of the screen and everything was crystal clear. I reached back out to support and asked if there was another way to submit the blurry screen and was told that when it happens again to take a picture/video. Again, when i use my camera it clears everything up and will display correctly. Very disappointed in the companies support service. Was looking forward to reliving the past, but when you can't even see the ball or green properly, sounds like there's an issue.

I received this as a Father's Day gift. Got it, put it together, turned it on, everything was awesome, right until the roller ball didn't work. It was going to be up to 8 weeks to get the part and then my return window would have closed. So I returned it and now lost the sale price.

My Golden Tee died after less than a month of playing on it. It doesn't boot up. Hopefully the company can send me out another PCBA soon. It was fun while it lasted.

Pretty disappointed, thought the graphics would be much better, it's comparable to like an old Atari system, and I mean the First one!! Nice cabinet and stand though.

junk!! assembled console and attempted to play. I have had a arcade size golden tee for 15 years. bought this for grandson. Game doesnt work properly, clubs hit ball 75% of correct distance driver never hits ball more than 75-85 yards same with all clubs. contacted arcade 1up and they told me to essentially take about machine. NO WAY i will do that and run risk of no warranty . Contacted them but they do not respond. DO NOT buy this junk

Only have had for 3 weeks and screen is black.... tried finding my online receipt...

I've now purchased this from 2 different stores with the latest being BB. I set it up and started to play and the game freezes within a few holes. The furthest we've made it was Hole 6. I had the same issues with the first cabinet, but that added in a blue screen in addition to the freezing. Not worth it at all.

We bought the Golden Tee on June 6th 2020. Rarely used. When we turn it on 3 months and 6 days later the marquee flickers with sound but the game did not turn on. Past the 90 warranty. Lucky us will have to buy replacement parts.

There is no way the graphics where this bad in the late 90’s and early 2000. The graphics in this game are worse than 1987 Nintendo. Do not waste your money on this. Anyone who see the actual graphics would never waste their money.

There is a vertical line in the monitor and I am STILL waiting for the company to reply to my inquiry. It was a Christmas gift for my children. I can’t return it to Best Buy so I’m pretty disappointed.

worst machine ever hasent worked from day one four email's sent really bad deal some instrions on how to self fix didnt help at all cant get a responce from live agent feel like i threw out my money

The graphics are terrible!! We had the Pac-Man and were so excited to play this and once we got it home we realized how terrible the graphics were. We returned it the next day

Spent alot of money on this put it together and it was not working waste of time and money I got my money back but there was no stock left for an exchange very aggravating

This worked OK for 2 weeks and you cannot return after 10 days and now we are out $320. Best buy, citi bank or the company did not help. Don't waste your money.

Trackball broken after 3 days looks like cheap parts used by the company after reviewing online, this is a issue with other customers
