Google Chromecast is: - Highly portable. - User friendly. In other words, easy to use. - Supported by countless services like Netflix, Hulu, YouTube... Believe me, it is worth buying it.

Chromecast is Awesome for the price

Great for using your smart phone or tablet to beam Netflix, YouTube, or videos saved on your device to your television. One thing I personally do not like about it is the inability to beam games on your device to your television.

Works well but somewhat limited
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this as a quick way to throw content from a computer up to the TV although I have to use a beta feature for it to work the way I want (cast a random browser tab). I would really have liked to just cast my desktop to the TV like a remote monitor. For the most part it works well for what it is intended to do. I do find the iPad app to be somewhat intermittent although the Android app is reliable. For routine use a simple remote (or remote app) would be nice instead of finding the content on a device and transferring it to the ChromeCast.

This Chromecast is awesome!

I watch youtube, stream Google Play music, show photos to the family, have music videos on for parties or music alone. This device is so versatile it's surreal. Love this device and the price can't be beat!
