Fantastic TV stick thing

Bought it for my father and as he's not the best with this kind of crazy tech stuff I had to set it up for him - what a breeze! And works great too!!

Simple and easy to use

You can also stream via other apps such as You Tube and Google Play. Does exactly what I want but haven't pushed it's limits too much.

Less expensive and every bit as good as a Roku.

Netflix streams faster than my blu-ray player, which is right next to my router. Price point is fantastic, $50 LESS than anything else comparable.

Pleasantly Surprised

I was sceptable at first think that this little thing was going to impress me, but I was wrong. I have a 65" Samsung and a central receiver. My Chromecast is plugged into my receiver, not the tv. It broadcasts the video to my tv and the sounds to my speakers and works flawlessly about 98% of the time. Every once in a while I need to pull the power and reset it, but if that's the only thing that's wrong then it's no worse than my internet modem that needs a reset once a month also. It shows everything in its highest definition. Surround sound works great. Can't wait to see what. Future programs and apps sign on for this.

Love the movies

A Bit Buggy - and Help Info is Scarce

I now have 3 of them in the house and have used it to cut the cost of my Cable bill though streaming the content instead.

great investment

But once I figure it out it was easy. Love that I can watch all my movies on my tv now.
