    this should be picked up on price alone. With 3 free months of netflix, this adapter is $11, noone comes near that price Excellent for on the go, if you end up at someones house and whether or not they have a smart TV, just pop this in and everyone can watch Youtube or netflix from your phone on the big screen. Downside is it's pretty much limited to that and chrome webpages. Upside is Cyanogenmod team is working on allowing anything to be broadcast over, so keeping an eye on that, it'll give you an even better ROI

    My previous flatscreen lcd tv had a vga port w/ which I used to connect to my pc or laptop to be able to watch streaming videos from the internet. However, when I had to buy a new flatscreen lcd tv because the old one burned out, I found that it only had USB and HDMI ports. So I had a small predicament as to how to stream videos via cable or wires as my pc and laptop did not have HDMI ports and I did not want to use a USB port to be able to do so. I'm so glad that the Google Chromecast device let's me be able to stream videos now wirelessly. It removes the need for the clutter of wires and cables snaking around on my living room floor.

    Lovin the Chromecast! Works great with Netflix and can cast a page from my Chrome browser. You can also upload to the RealPlayer Cloud and cast from there but the downside is you cannot cast from Windows Media Player.

    You can easily cast your videos, pictures and sound from mobile phones and PC to your TV.. I'd give five stars if you can easily share desktop as well not just supported apps.
