It's convenient but for short duration. If you're steaming a movie, it might interrupts the movie about 3 times, WiFi drops, gets disconnected.

I am NOT in any way computer savvy and this made it so easy for me

Got this for a friend who doesn't have the luxury of easy streaming. I'm very excited he will really enjoy this.

Very easy to install and begin using, takes less than 5 minutes out of the box before you're able to cast. I have one on every tv, love it!

When I use chromecast to cast any video from my laptop to TV it won’t play video smoothly. If I play that same video on laptop it runs perfectly.

Easy to apply and to use. Meets my needs. Family enjoys using on a regular basis. Look forward to more apps being addedd to googlecast lineup.

You can‘t beat it for the price. Knowing Google there I'm sure there will be plenty more apps coming.

Excellent if you don't have a smart tv and have an android phone. Ok with an iPhone. Unfortunate that it requires an additional wifi connection.

It was easy to install and set up. There are just a few apps available to stream. I wish there were more so that i could access more content.

I've bought two of these and I couldn't be happier with them. Lacks some of the features of Roku or Apple TV but you can't beat the price.

I use it to cast my screen from my android phone to my hd tv. I am able to cast direct tv nfl Sunday ticket. Picture and sound is awesome

This is great for older tv's. You can set them up and watch Netflix or Hulu in no time using your smart phone.

It's more like a remote control that allows to play certain applications (Webpages, Netflix, Youtube videos) on your TV, using your PC, smartphone or tablet. I thought it would work like a like wireless HDMI (reproducing in the TV whatever you have in your PC or tablet screen), but it does not.. For example, if you open a web page form and start typing in it, the TV will just show the initial webpage, but neither the characters you type (nor the mouse pointer) would be shown on the TV screen. If you already have an internet connected TV, there isn't much to gain from this device, but depending on your TV this gadget may add some functionality (show in your TV webpages, Youtube, Netflix using your PC, phone or tablet). It may represent good to excellent value (the latter if you can get it with the Netflix code offer), depending on your situation.

For the price this is the best streaming option there is. Easy to use and install, great quality
