Excellent product but poor apps

My Ipad is my best friend and I thought when I bought the chromcast that I could use it as an extra (Wifi) Screen. But because it is not a native function of IOS or Android ... I must use dedicated apps. Today +/- 10 apps are avaliable ... poor !

Endless possibilities

I enjoy not having to plug a HDMI cable into my laptop every time I want to watch something on a big screen. However, I run into wifi connectivity issues quite a bit that stops Chromecast from working. All of my other devices in the same general location never lose wifi, so it's a little frustrating.
