I love my chromecast! The ability to have a smart tv without having to pay the smart tv price is great.

The Netflix and Youtube implementations work very well, and I have not had any problems using them from my computer or iOS devices. On the other hand, the browser casting function is buggy and often stutters, even with a fast computer and wi-fi connection. And there is no support for casting local media files from a computer, so overall, this product is still a work in progress.

I like this product but wished it was compatible with more sites and vPN

I needed something to watch Hulu and Netflix on my tv since I couldn't connect the internet up directly and Chromecast was it. The price was good so I said what the heck and tried it out. Being a female I do not understand technology like the men do but this product was easy to use. Take it out of the box, plug it in to the tv, set it up and you're done! I actually got rid of my cable since I have Chromecast and would recommend it to anyone!

I have high expectations with all of my consumer electronics; and I was fairly impressed with the features but not so impressed with the video quality of this Casting device . It does allow for Pandora & Netflix to be cast from Smartphone to Television sets equipped with HDMI input. I tested the device on a Samsung Galaxy 4 and an iPhone 5; both devices paired with the Chromecast very well but what I wasn't aware of prior to setup, is the wifi network must be present and setup for the device to function properly. My initial thought was I could stream from my data connection on my phone; however, this didn't work for the video streaming. Once I connected to the home wifi and the Snartphones to the home wifi , everything functioned as it should. The only real negative I experienced was needing a very strong wifi signal to transmit in highest video quality . I found the video signal never quite looked High Definition and because of this I was disappointed . Overall a 3.5 star product with room from improvement in the video quality

Good way to be able to access Netflix and other streaming services. We use on a secondary non smart tv

Google Chromecast has been a nice feature to use to stream on my older TVs.

great concept, have done a lot of on the road presentations in the past and this makes it much simpler
