I wanted te chromecast when it first came out but people talked me out of it. After seeing it on sale on Black Friday I figured I'd give it a shot and I am glad I did. It's so convenient.

A compact and fun way to be entertained using the internet, laptop, smartphone and TV. The Chromecast response time is excellent. The only issue is the cable from the plug-in unit to the electrical outlet- which is in the way.

I love this device when it works. I bought two for my house and many for gifts! Sometimes it does not work on my tablets with netflix. But it always works with youtube, So it is not the device, it is my tablet I believe or netflix.

This a great lil device for phone to internet !!! However when it comes to pc to tv casting it does not perform so well. I don't know if i'm doing something wrong but its a little frustrating . I will try to get a tutorial for help.

Purchased this to make an older flat screen TV a little more useful. Love the connectivity but a little disappointed at the lack of on screen interface. Still, works great with my tablet.

Bought it at good price with the add on for ink mailed to the house whenever it run out after using a certain amount of papers. It does double printing in which it nice and useful for school.

go with the Apple TV if you can afford to spend the extra money, Google is trying but still has too many bugs. The quality of the image is subpar I would not recommend this item at all.

I can NOT believe its a Google product. Its so so slow and not impressive at all. I was actually surprised to find out the low quality of this product. And the Best Buy sales man sold me this product with all good words yet, its just bad. I returned it next day and tried to find that sales guy but, couldn't be found. Other employees told me that chrome is BAD. FYI, my download speed is between 25-30 mbps, upload between 8-10 mbps.

This product is great, but with only a few apps available to use. Most of the apps you are mostly to use, are already available on a smart TV, so there are just a few reasons to use this.

I bought one to try because it was inexpensive. I now have 3 and will be getting another. They are easy to switch from TV to TV, by why have to with such a great price? My 4 year old grandson can stream from Netflix on his own!

Chromecast was a groudbreaking innovative idea which obviously everybody is following. The device is very useful but can be made much better. It can be made generic and not app specific

This is so cool I can use this device anywhere in any tv as long as I have wifi available

I got 2 one for both my dad and my father in law and they both found it very easy to do. One is going to use it for presentations at work. THe other is going to use it for leisure activities

This was easy to install and use but it had frequent connectivity issues, so it wasn't worth the headache.

I don't see the utility of Chrome Nor do I like google's privacy policy. Its very good for the price but don't expect wonders with this device. Your mobile phone with apps may be adequate.

Very good product. Liked it so much bought one for my brother as a gift. The set-up is not a straight forward as I hoped. Luckily I figured out to plug in the 'fire-wire' to the Chrome and then into the TV 'fire-wire' connection.

I had hoped to see something that would allow me to project my iPad onto the TV. This is not that product (at least not yet. This is also version 1 and they claim to have many more features in development.( I can control Google music, and NetFlicks and a few other apps. From a PC, I can display pages from a Chrome browser. But not from the Chrome browser on my iPad. If you want to show photos, play music, or control movies, this is not a bad investment (It is cheap). If you want to share an iPad screen or even an Android tablet screen -- not yet.

Not as good as I thought it would be. Nifty idea, but not always solid connection. Freezes and disconnects. When it works it's a cool product

Great product - if you dont want to shell out the 100.00 for Apple's device you can always get Chromecast and use it anywhere that has a USB connection. Great to watch Netflix with - hope to see more apps growing on this product

This chromecast is working great with us! It provides a way to connect various type of devices to the TV. However, this only works for those apps corporated with chromecast. But there are many that kind of apps!
