This product is great. I installed it very close to the wi-fi source (router) so it runs smoothly. Not sure how it will work if it's far from the router.

This is a great device, excellent value for money. (The Retail Price was $35; I received a Best Buy discount of $5; coupled with 3 months of free Netfiix (a $24 value) the device only cost me $6!)

I purchased the Chromecast because I was tired of paying for a bunch of cable channels that we never watched. Chromecast gives us the freedom to watch almost anything we want, whenever we want.

It's a great tool for travel or at home. Compatibility with all HD tv's is exceptional. Let's me use my phone more interactive withy the family and amplifies the sound and all around experience.

No need for a smart TV or a smart device. This does what you'll need. And now with its most recent version for apps that don't support cast to chrome cast you have screen mirror. It's great.

Wife convinced me to buy for family. Setup was not difficult. Made some use out of it but it's not something we use regularly. It has great potential though.

Set-up was very easy and quick. Video streaming works just as advertised. If your looking for an inexpensive way to transmit video from your laptop to your home TV this is the product for you.

I bought this to take on trips.... but can't use this in most hotels as the signal is not strong enough. I do however use it in the house, works good there

Chromecast works well when you want to watch something from your Chrome web browser on your TV. There might be a lag depending on the speed of your wi fi

This is a fun product to use. I'm still learning what I can do with it . You need to be a little tech savvy.

I love my chromecast. It's great for my TV in the bedroom and does exactly what it says it does. Only downside is that it does not correct for overscan.

I love this device. It is the best wireless streaming device for a TV as long as you want to stream media content to your TV. The only downside is that you can't stream your Windows desktop.

I can watch all of my favorite tv shows right through this. No need for cable tv. All you need is internet. Being able to mirror something from a tablet or computer is a really nice feature.

I ran into a small issue at setup, but nothing major. Being able to connect to my TV is awesome and at $35, it's a no brainer. This thing will come in even handier in the near future, I am sure.

I have installed two of the units on different TVs. I did have to make sure I was controlling the right one since both of them were viewable on the computers. Other than that, they work fine.

This device will be really cool when more apps are available that can stream to it.

Setup is not user friendly, can be made more simpler.

I expect to really use this when we are camping of visiting away from our home. It is amazing to be able to access all of the TV I like to watch, without having to be tied down to the TV set.
