Customer Ratings & Reviews

I had read some mixed reviews but I find the Google Chromecast to function flawlessly. It's a great gadget for the price!

works as advertised, haven't had any issues other than using a rather under-powered laptop

This is an excellent device for Youtube video viewing. Also great for viewing anything in the google chrome web browser.

Poor quality is my main complaint. However, I wanted to stream downloaded content to my TV which is not its primary function. It may have been my internet connection but there was a lot of loading time. It's definitely worth it for the price if all you want is to stream internet video but with smart TVs I don't see how valuable this is.

Works great with YouTube, but I had a few glitches with NetFlix. Over all it works well.

One of the best purchases you will make! Chromecast is amazing. Can't go wrong.

I'm not sure if it was just a bad piece out of a lot or something, but it did not work for me. So I had to return it back.

I love this product, Bought it so that my grandchildren can watch educational programmes from the computer to the tv.

Very interesting item to use only problem is you need very high speed Internet to work it

I enjoy this product I intruduce it to my brother in law. He purchased it for Christmas.

If you own a smart anything or PS/4 Xbox you will find no use for this. I thought one redeeming factor would be the Google Version of air play but you can not airplay to multiple devices which to me is worthless. Off you have nothing in your house that is "smart" and you don't have an iPhone goo ahead and. Pick up a couple of these.

We started off with just one for our oldest son, then my husband bought one and finally we bought one fire our youngest.

Excellent way to get video from devices to the TV. Easy to use and a great value.

I Am very happy the product . Very useful for tv in my bedroom which is not a smart tv.

I really enjoy this and hope they expand on what media you can play. I would definitely recommend this product to others!

I love this. We own several different kinds of tablets and phones between our family members and all seem to work well.

I was hoping that I could access any video content that I can watch on my phone, but Chromecast doesn't have too much to offer at this point. So if you really like Netflicks, great. But if you want to watch CBS online or others like that, keep watching on your phone.

use this all the time, stream from the phone to tv and no hiccups.

I bought this hoping to use screen cast. It works but it's very much laggy. Hope that updates will fix this. As for now I have it plugged in but have not used a whole lot. YouTube plays nice but I can use Playstation for that. Just waiting on the updates for now.

wish it would allow for use with windows media player, other than that it is a great product
