Took hours instead of minutes.I have a Google phone as well. Never again. Chargers also funky, it disconnects if bumped.

Google Fitbit lost me as a customer.

Do yourself a favor and switch to Garmin. My Charge 6 died unexpectedly and for no reason 1 year and less than 1 month after purchase. Spoke multiple times to Google support chat and the best they could offer was 30% off a replacement. Meanwhile we had to return my wife’s Fitbit sense 2 back in August and we’re issues a refurb after that watch unexpectedly died. Fitbit products aren’t made to last anymore unfortunately. I’m a loyal customer no more as they seemingly transition away from Fitbit and market the pixel watch instead. Again do yourself a favor and consider a garmin. They’re all on sale currently.

Not the right tracker for me

There were too many gotchas like how painful it is to put a pincode in to make a purchase or how inaccurate it was with heart rate. I found it to be overly generous with step counts as well. Ended up getting a second galaxy watch 6 so I can swap them as they need charging.

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Charge 6 broke after 8 months Fitbit is now owned by Google who now makes you send it back and wait up to a month to get it back(Fitbit used to send you a new one in 2 days and you would return the old one in the package they sent you) I will never buy a Fitbit again!

Don't use this device while in water!!!

Supposed to be good to a water depth of 60 feet, but keeps breaking while in 4 feet of water in my pool. Been through 3 of these in 8 months.
