Pain with the upsells from Google. Just wanted to activate it. Took hours instead of minutes.I have a Google phone as well. Never again. Chargers also funky, it disconnects if bumped.

Had to replace my old FitBit. This one is great so far.

Google doesn’t stand by their Fitbit products anymore. Do yourself a favor and switch to Garmin. My Charge 6 died unexpectedly and for no reason 1 year and less than 1 month after purchase. Spoke multiple times to Google support chat and the best they could offer was 30% off a replacement. Meanwhile we had to return my wife’s Fitbit sense 2 back in August and we’re issues a refurb after that watch unexpectedly died. Fitbit products aren’t made to last anymore unfortunately. I’m a loyal customer no more as they seemingly transition away from Fitbit and market the pixel watch instead. Again do yourself a favor and consider a garmin. They’re all on sale currently.

I returned mine. There were too many gotchas like how painful it is to put a pincode in to make a purchase or how inaccurate it was with heart rate. I found it to be overly generous with step counts as well. Ended up getting a second galaxy watch 6 so I can swap them as they need charging.

I would give it a zero, but that isn't possible. Supposed to be good to a water depth of 60 feet, but keeps breaking while in 4 feet of water in my pool. Been through 3 of these in 8 months.

It only lasted for 7 months before I had to get a replacement through FitBit. It would no longer hold a charge and the time was off by a minute. The replacement is just for the display itself, no new bands are provided.
