Great tracker - poor materials

I am able to track the Health aspects I am most interested in. Unfortunately, the construction of the fitbit - the pieces on the tracker itself that connect to the bands - are garbage. One of the band connectors on my 3 year old Fitbit 4 just disintegrated a couple weeks ago. I wish Fitbit would make them more durable. My fitbit4 still works, but I cannot connect a new band.
