Customers are saying

Customers love the impressive battery life and overall performance of this device, which users frequently highlight as a top benefit. Many appreciate the intuitive ease of use, sleek minimalist design, and the accuracy of its health tracking features like heart rate and sleep monitoring. While the product is highly regarded for its lightweight and comfortable size, some users have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the band and occasional inconsistencies with connectivity. Overall, the device is well-received for its functionality, though minor improvements to the hardware and setup process would be welcomed.

I had a apple watch ultra 2 and I personally prefer this over that due to the size and the battery last longer in my opinion

Switched back to fitbit after not enjoying my samsung watch. Dont get me wrong i really liked the samsung watch but it was to heavy and bulky that it would get in the way at work. Also the fitbit charge is very lightweight and it trackes ones steps and calories better.

Excellent at tracking my steps. Very accurate at logging sleep.I can also log all of my food. It tracks how many calories I burn every day. The battery lasts all week. I can't wear it on the fifth floor of my work because it can't handle the high heat of 130 degrees.

Great hardware, not so great strap

The fitbit is amazing..works as expected, but I do wish the battery life was longer. Why I gave it 4 star's is because the band caused a reaction on my wrist, contact dermatitis. I had another version for years and had no issue. But apparently this is an issue for some people with this strap on the charge 6. I was able to get another cloth strap off of Amazon, so at least I can keep wearing it.

Like the petite size and ease in downloading app. I refer to the watch at the end of each physical activity...walking, stair climbing, general exercise. It's great to check mileage, heart rate and Spo2

my older fitbit was falling apart- literally. The flimsy attachment system for the bands got compromised early on and I ended up super gluing the band to the actual fitbit part. My spouse had the same issues. Once I super glued my band to the housing, there was no way I could change the band, and then it broke a couple more times, more glue, then it became 'unglueable' lol, so when these new ones went on sale after Thanksgiving I went and got one, since I was used to the app and the way it worked in general. I am praying that these have an improved band attachment system, but the band came off pretty easy as I had to put on the longer band that comes with the watch. I'm just being very careful when I put it on and take it off. I do like the new charger which works through a magnet, much easier to do. I never had any electronic problems, only with the flimsy band attachment system. The Charge 6 display is a little flashier as well, but not as customizable that I can tell so far. Only time will tell, thus my lower ratings.

Got this for my daughter that previously had the inspire 2 and was concerned this watch may be too big, She loves it and the size is great, not too big and more features than the inspire model

Fanatic watch. I use this multiple times everyday since I purchased 3 months ago. It's just what I was looking for. I didn't want a smartwatch that bogs me down with a bunch of text messages, phone calls, and emails. This just gives me the meat and potatoes and what I want. And the app is perfect. So far it's better than any other app that I've downloaded. I really like the battery life. My wife has a Samsung watch and has to put on the charger every night and can't really use the sleep function, but this watch even refurbished gets a good 7 days out of one charge

I am pretty basic in my wants for a fitness tracker - this gives me the info I want (actually does more than I pay attention to) and it fits my small wrist nicely. It is lasting quite a while on each charge, even when I use it for tracking my forest runs.

    Design flaw or defective batch?????

I have been a FitBit user since 2021. This is the second Charge 6 tracker for me. The previous Charge 6 was when FitBit was its own company. The new Charge 6 is after Google purchased the company. I had to take off a star due to a major flaw. Best Buy had a good deal, so I purchased 12/22/2025. The Charge 6 comes with a small strap. It's too smal for me, so I had switch to the larger strap/arm. The flaw is this longer strap doesn't correctly seal and stay attach. If I touch it or bump against something, the strap comes undone and my Charge 6 falls off my wrist. I didn't feel comfortable wearing it. I couldn't enjoy my purchase, so I took it back to Best Buy on 1/9/2026. The employee looked at it and commented that the larger arm/strap didn't seal correctly. She asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I request a replacement. I got the replacement. Switch to the longer strap/arm and had the same issue. The longer strap/arm doesn't seal tightly. You can see the gap...separation. It would fall off if I touched it or bumped into something. I never had that issue with my old Charge 6. I switch to the longer strap/arm and it was a tight seal. It didn't fall off my arm if I touched it or bumped into something. That is a huge flaw in the Google FitBit. I should be able to use the longer strap/arm and it seals tightly. I should not come loose or undone because my arm graze a wall or surface. It wasn't an issue when FitBit was its own company separate from Google. It's an issue now that Google has purchased FitBit. I'm not sure if the Charge 6 I bought from Best Buy is a defective batch. I got two different Charge 6 from Best Buy and I have the same problem with the FitBit falling off my arm. I didn't go back. Felt it would be the same issue with a third replacement. I found my old Charge 6 and used the longer strap/arm. It sealed perfectly. There was no gap or separation. The Charge 6 hasn't fallen off my arm once. Even if I bumped against a wall or touched. I shouldn't have to use a part from my old FitBit for it to work. This is a pre-Google Fitbit! Because I can't use the longer strap/arm from my new Google Fitbit, I am deducting two stars for a score of 3 stars. Google needs better quality control to know there is an issue. Switching to the longer strap/arm should not be problematic. I'm not sure I can recommend the Google FitBit. I'm not sure if mine came from a defective batch or if this is a design flaw Google needs to research. I would say if you are buying a new Google FitBit and it's replacing one you already have. Save your old FitBit in case you need spare parts that fit so it doesn't fall off your arm.

I've worn the Fitbit 6-7 years now and it tells me about wellness information anytime I want to look at it. Being retired now, I seem to think about wellness more and more. I've always been a healthy person, but the Fitbit tells me things I took for granted earlier in life like heart rate, excercise time, etc.

The new fitbit is meeting my needs and doing what I intended for it to be doing. Tracking steps is the main reason I ourchased the fitbit, and Im leatning more about the additional things it does. And it seems to hold a charge for quite awhile. Connects well with NOOM.

A gift for my elderly senior mother who is electronically challenged but wanted to track some of her heart and physical activity. She had help setting it up and is enjoying it and still learning all of its features. Size is just right and not bulky on her wrist.

Provides constant data and feedback. I wear it all the time. I bought this one because my last one had worn out after several years, would not have even considered a different brand or model. (I did look, but there was nothing comparable.)

This is my first Charge 6, but I have gone through several Charge 5s. Fitbit does a good job of tracking things I care about - heartrate, steps, zone minutes, cals. I wear mine 24/7 and they tend to last a year to year and a half before inevitably dying. Hoping the Charge 6 holds up a bit longer than the 5s did!
