This was a known open box product and was listed at excellent/like new condition. The Fitbit looked like new, had no major defects on the face and the band was in good shape. The battery life was terrible. It wouldn’t last more than 3 hours at a time on a 100% charge, also seemed to have issues with connecting to the iPhone. In the box, this Fitbit came with the watch face, charger, and one small/med band or the option to use the larger band. There were no original packaging contents, no receipts or any other materials. This was a major concern when we took the watch back to BestBuy for a return. I knew I was buying an open box product, but this watch was not able to maintain a consistent charge for more than a short time and it was obviously defective. When I came into the store with the exact packaging and contents I received, the sales person kept saying “it came like this?.. that’s very odd”.. “this is how you got it? You’re sure?”.. etc. I didn’t complain. I just explained I knew it was an open box purchase but the product doesn’t work and I wasn’t able to provide more than what it was shipped with. I was pretty embarrassed in this busy store by this person. I do not think I would ever choose this option for a purchase ever again, and I’m pretty disappointed in the sales people that worked in the store. I did exactly as directed online bringing the item into the store. So just be cautious if you think of the money saving option like refurbished or open box.

This Fitbit is exactly what was expected and it keeps a charge for several days.

I love the fitbit. I have been able to monitor my sleep and my heart rate to better diagnose some symptom I have been having and it's help narrow down the possibilities.

Just what I needed for my workouts at the gym and to track my sleep.

I previously owned the Sense and loved it! The Charge 6 has very poor accuracy for stride length/walking distance. It measures well below what I know the distance to be. The other health features (heart rate, oxygen, etc.) appear to be more accurate.

Great fitness tracker, long life between charges. Easy to customize face.

Compared to the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 and 7, this band feels somewhat clunky in its functionality. Key features I miss include: - Nighttime wrist-gesture screen disable. - Dark mode in the mobile app: Essential for comfortable nighttime use. - Subpar battery life. - High price point: Seems overpriced considering the missing features. Furthermore, the band frequently notifies me about irrelevant custom notifications, which is quite irritating.

I like it a lot it. It tracks my workouts well and heart rate.

My husband loves his Fitbit! Bought a Apple Watch and he wanted the Fitbit.

Quick service and spot on pricing I think the most umpressive is the Best Buy section of Fitbits.

I always love my fitbit. So this was a great upgrade for my old one.

Got a pair for gf and myself, and we have had the best time tracking our lifestyle and other readings like sleep quality and readiness.

I really like this fitbit but do not like the band at all.
