Fitbit can do better

I don't like that the company upgrades the software every 18 months and so you are forced to buy a new Fitbit. I bought the 2 year warranty as I know this will not work in 18 months. This is my 4th Fitbit and I hope the company stops doing the wacky things to make you get a new one when you otherwise would not need to spend $150

Had to have someone set up the watch but still don't know how to operate all the so called functions. Wrist band is another issue- small one to tight, that's how it popped off and lost the first one less than three months after purchase. Now the longer band has too much left-0ver to slide under clap. Enjoyed the Charge 3 but had to upgrade due to health reasons

Check if your sleep setting is set to Sensitive. If it is, change it to Normal. 2. For accurate sleep tracking, position your device 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone, ensuring a secure but comfortable fit. 3. To adjust a sleep session’s start or end time, edit it in the Fitbit app.
