Too sensitive

I notice it’s counting things like piano playing and typing which are pretty sedentary activities. I have to remember to take it off when I’m practicing piano.

Black screen

I tried restart from USB cable and changed the clock style. They all didn't work. It woke sometimes, but I still couldn't control it. I am trying contact Fitbit support , to see If there's anything else can help.

The device that has limited life

Fitbit 6 wrist band issue
