    Not intuitive after using a Charge 2, whose battery will soon die . I don’t care for the new strap design, either. Glad I bought it on sale.

    My PhD wife hasn't figured out how to use it yet. The band itches her wrist. Online support is terrible. Online reviews tell the same story.

    Nice watch, but the feature we use the most is not easy to manage. Every time I swim, the watch locked and its impossible for me to get out when finish. Look like I need a hammer to get it unlock. Bad design!!!

To turn off the water lock, firmly double-tap the middle of the screen with your finger. If you don't see "Unlocked" appear on screen, try tapping harder.
