Customers are saying

Customers love the impressive battery life and overall performance of this device, which users frequently highlight as a top benefit. Many appreciate the intuitive ease of use, sleek minimalist design, and the accuracy of its health tracking features like heart rate and sleep monitoring. While the product is highly regarded for its lightweight and comfortable size, some users have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the band and occasional inconsistencies with connectivity. Overall, the device is well-received for its functionality, though minor improvements to the hardware and setup process would be welcomed.

I purchased a Charge 6. Spent 2 hours trying to pair it with my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Impossible to pair with an iPhone as it keeps aborting during connection. I returned it, and got a replacement Charge 6. Same problem and it never paired with my iPhone that works great with everything else. Returning this 2nd piece of crap device back to store tomorrow. It is not worth even the $99 black friday sale price.

I bought my Fitbit HR6 in February 2024 and it has already died. It was working one evening and the next day it was dead as a doornail. My husband called Best Buy and they said to call Fitbit cause it was past the piddly 15 days of their return/exchange policy. We won’t be heading back to purchase anything from Best Buy anytime soon.

I got the fitbit charge 6 with the off white band. Its malfunctioning less than 24 hours wearing it. The heart beat is way off. Last night it read my heartbeat in the highest cardio level while i was in bed relaxing. Im sitting now. Its giving me 90s to 100s reading. I manually checked my heartbeat. Its nowhere near those numbers. The counting steps didn't work either. It skipped steps. Im exchanging it. Hopefully, the new one will be ok.

Bought my Fitbit in February 2024. In November 2024 it stopped pairing with my Samsung phone. Brought it to Best Buy Kenosha, they couldn't get it to work. The employee said that the product often doesn't last that long. Would not buy again.

DO NOT BUY FOR TEENS! Fitbit used to allow teens over 13 to have their own accounts but now that Google has acquired Fitbit the rules have changed. My 15 year old is apparently only allowed to use a Fitbit Ace. Spent the whole afternoon trying to make it work but it's just not possible.

Hi, KrisA. We're sorry to hear that you're unable to create a standard account for your teen child. Similar to many online services, our Terms of Service don't allow customers who are under the minimum age to create standard Fitbit accounts. The minimum age is 13 (customers in the EU may have different minimum age guidelines based on their country). Hi there, DavidR. Sorry to know you’re having trouble keeping the Charge 6 on your wrist — we understand how frustrating this is. You may benefit from changing the band to something that should work better for you. Here’s how to change it out:

      1. Turn over your tracker and find the band latches.
      2. To release the latch, use your fingernail to press the flat button toward the band.
      3. Gently pull the band away from the tracker to release it.
      4. Repeat on the other side.
      5. To attach a band, press it into the end of the tracker until you hear a click and it snaps into place.

2 weeks after purchase device would randomly vibrate with google wallet notifications even though all notifications disabled. Reset and factory reset had no effect. Problem quickly deteriorated to near constant google wallet notifications to the point that access and control to screen was impossible. Online forums suggest this is a not uncommon complain.
