Grandma loves it

The clock face is large enough for her to see and it's super easy for her to use to track her heart rate.

Great product, saved money!

Not a scratch on the item. Complete set with the charger and extra strap that’s longer. It clearly was opened, never actually used, and returned right after. Perfect way to save a lot of money and absolutely love the product.

Good device, difficult band

However the band is too thick and hard to secure on my wrist. I bought a different band with perforations so it breathes. Overall a good replacement for my old Charge 3.

Better sleep!

I purchased it because I thought I was having issues at night, but now I sleep so much better knowing it will alert me if there is a problem!

Not a fan of subscriptions

Plus it is more comfortable to wear than any other Fitbit I have tried. The watch faces are not that great. Finally found one that is okay. If changing the band, make sure you hear a click to ensure it is secure. I don't like having to link this to Google. Also I'm not a fan of paid subscriptions so I will not renew after the free access expires.

Great fitness tracker

Only issue I have is the music controls, which is only for YouTube music. I use Spotify as my main source for music.

My old FITBIT didn't have any of these features. The battery live is great. Instead of having to recharge every other day, now it is just once every week.
