Needed a replacement from the fitbit3 and a upgraded wristband

The Charge 6 performs as expected. This is my fourth Charge. The customer service at the Plymouth Meeting location is TERRIBLE to NON-EXISTENT. No wonder the brick and mortar locations are going out of business.

Love it! Performs the way I had hoped for. The is my first wearable and it delivers all the information I need and want. I haven't worn a watch for over 10 years because of skin issues but I've had no problems wearing it 24/7!

I absolutely love my Fitbit charge six. It helps me track not only my steps, but my sleep quantity and quality. I am continually on top of my meditation times since I can track it as well. My Fitbit charge six is assisting me in living a. Wholesome lifestyle.

I really like Fitbit. I am able to track the Health aspects I am most interested in. Unfortunately, the construction of the fitbit - the pieces on the tracker itself that connect to the bands - are garbage. One of the band connectors on my 3 year old Fitbit 4 just disintegrated a couple weeks ago. I wish Fitbit would make them more durable. My fitbit4 still works, but I cannot connect a new band.

Replacement watch, my other charge 5 died. Like the features so no need to upgrade

The Fitbit Charge 6 has been a great product so far, would recommend!

Good for tracking your heart rate and sleep, but it's inaccurate when it comes to workouts. On days where I stay home all day, it will still say I walked 2-4 miles, and burned 3,000-4,000 calories, when I've actually been pretty stagnant.

An excellent watch that is proving to be much more useful than the apple watch we had. The functions we use and the extended battery life, along with the significantly lower price make this the watch we really needed.

It turns out that after few days, was NOT tracking my SLEEP, which is exactly why I wanted a Fitbit to replace the one I had for five years. I looked online. There were lots of complaints on sleep mode with Many Situation ideas about correction finally read where you can find the place where it says “sensitive” in top right hand corner and that finally made it work. However, yesterday I kept falling in and out of sleep, and after three sessions of sleeping, it no longer tracked. Disappointment. All in all, I’m satisfied since my sleep is being tracked.
