Amazing product Good Battery Good Functionality ...

It has some glitches. For example at one point I had 9207 steps, now each morning it starts at 9207 steps on the screen but changes when I get 9208 steps. Also- the extra bands don’t fit and the band it comes with is uncomfortable.

As others have said, this device is marketed as being good for tracking swimming, but it doesn't always do well with getting wet. My experience was that it turned off about 2 minutes into my swim workout (which turns on water lock and supposedly protects it) and wouldn't come back on until about 15 minutes after I was done swimming. No data recorded from swimming for 40 minutes. Also, it constantly had error messages when trying to connect to Youtube Music and Google Maps. Sometimes it would not open at all and it would say set up needed to be completed. Sometimes it would say phone not found - when it had just synced to the phone. It was a super annoying gadget and not worth the irritation

It's easy to read and gives you good accurate results.

A decent upgrade, but I wish they did a little more with this update. I had to upgrade from my Charge 5 because it suffered a battery issue that Fitbit refused to help with. It seems like Fitbit’s progress has slowed since Google bought them.

I upgraded all the way from the second gen charge, and i am beyond impressed with my new model! I especially love how much more comfortable it is. The google wallet feature is also very helpful!

Had to replace the Fitbit purchase two years ago that simply would not synch watch with app. So far this one works well and provides the correct date, time and other vitals.

This watch is great for tracking your fitness. Lightweight & not bulky

I've had a few Charge 4's and this was a great upgrade! I really like the look of the face and the features are great.

The BestBuy experience was perfect; convenient and super customer-friendly. The Fitbit itself is good but there are some shortcomings I didn’t expect (inaccurate reads and incomplete data). I would wholeheartedly recommend bestbuy but might suggest more product research.

I upgrade from a charge 2 so I am very impressed with this tracker. The only issue I have is it does not stay connected to Bluetooth all the time. Also it has ever been that good but the notifications are hit or miss at times but overall I would definitely recommend this tracker.

Replaced 6 year old charge 2, hope it lasts as long

We had 2 Charge 5s and one died so we replaced with a Charge 6. It is even better than the Charge 5 with more bells and whistles and a bigger screen. Easy to set up like the Charge 5 and a great replacement.

I bought it as a gift for my husband, He loveds it.

Bought as gift for adult daughter who enjoys activities both indoors and out. She started wearing the tracker immediately (set up was easy) and finds the information it provides very helpful.

This was a known open box product and was listed at excellent/like new condition. The Fitbit looked like new, had no major defects on the face and the band was in good shape. The battery life was terrible. It wouldn’t last more than 3 hours at a time on a 100% charge, also seemed to have issues with connecting to the iPhone. In the box, this Fitbit came with the watch face, charger, and one small/med band or the option to use the larger band. There were no original packaging contents, no receipts or any other materials. This was a major concern when we took the watch back to BestBuy for a return. I knew I was buying an open box product, but this watch was not able to maintain a consistent charge for more than a short time and it was obviously defective. When I came into the store with the exact packaging and contents I received, the sales person kept saying “it came like this?.. that’s very odd”.. “this is how you got it? You’re sure?”.. etc. I didn’t complain. I just explained I knew it was an open box purchase but the product doesn’t work and I wasn’t able to provide more than what it was shipped with. I was pretty embarrassed in this busy store by this person. I do not think I would ever choose this option for a purchase ever again, and I’m pretty disappointed in the sales people that worked in the store. I did exactly as directed online bringing the item into the store. So just be cautious if you think of the money saving option like refurbished or open box.

Really great upgrade from my Luxe. I love the display. Easy to read and comfy to wear. Two thumbs up.
