I am having a problem getting the information I need and now FitBit is telling me I cannot get it because it is Google's problem. I am being told that the last update Google did eliminated some of the features of the FitBit. Please keep in mind I have an Apple I-phone 13 Pro Max. I don't see what Google has to do with it. I can't return it to Best Buy as it is outside of their 18 day return policy and FitBit won't replace or give me a return because they say it is Google's problem not theirs. I paid $160 and want a watch that works! I never had a problem with my FitBit 3 other than the battery finally saying it had had enough and decided to not hold a charge anymore.
