I don't really need a watch. I can read texts and can see calls coming in. Love that I can have a detailed report on my sleep. Plus the battery lasts days which is nice.

I’ve been using a Fitbit for about a dozen years and wearing a Luxe for the last 4 or so. The larger face on the Charge 6 is great and I love that I can download different clocks. I’m not crazy about the wide band so I changed it out for a knockoff slim band and I love it! The features on the Charge 6 are great and I especially like the long battery life! I usually get 6 days between charging, which is great for my busy life.

They are so knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and smart. I’ve had to go in few times on a purchase and every time was fast and showed me what they did. Excellent store.

Posted .Hi there, Jilljo. We’re sorry to see you’re running into battery issues on the Charge 6, as the device should be able to go up to 7 days between charges. Here are some tips to reduce battery consumption:
1. Turn off always-on display.
2. Use phone GPS instead of built-in GPS.
3. Dim the screen or enable auto brightness.

Have had 4 devices with last two being the Charge 6. Now at approx. 14,500,000 steps and progressing to pole-equator badge. It works fine, but due to my heavy perspiration it does need periodic replacement.

I was going from the 3 to this version and i wish i would have upgraded sooner. Much better screen, metrics and I think the heart rate is more accurate. I am very pleased with this product

Ordering was a breeze, and the shipping was remarkably fast. Updates were provided along the way, but they were unnecessary as the item arrived so quickly. The Fitbit works superbly. I wear it all day, apart from about 15 minutes while preparing, during which time it charges to 100%. It flawlessly tracks all my vitals and sleep.
