The intermittent contact makes the heart rate during exercise erratic. This impacts every other metric it’s measuring (makes it worse). It doesn’t consistently measure calories, heart rate zone activity, etc.

Touchscreen is also garbage and only works 50% of the time.

Hands down this is the worst purchase I have ever made. Open box item. Within weeks of the return window, the fitness tracker failed and would not charge. I have no idea if it was an issue with the fitness tracker or Best Buy's failure to assure the item was, in fact, worthy of sale and use. I

The display showed more than one thing at a time and you couldn't flip through. I tried to replace it and was told they are out of stock everywhere so I had to upgrade.

Posted .Hi there, LoriS. Sorry you’re having power issues on the Inspire 3 — we get how frustrating that can be. Normally, a quick reset can solve those issues — here’s how:
1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
2. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
3. Release the button. When the tracker vibrates and shows the Fitbit logo, your tracker has restarted.

Both screens stopped working. It's too bad because I love the fitbit app and device. Feel lost without it. Getting tired of replacing them.

Sent messages Saying great job swimming today twice, I stand at work all day, said my heart rate was the same moving and resting. i returned the unit.

The faster you walk the further behind it gets. I followed all the recommended steps on the Fitbit Technical support pages to get the correct count but it never changed the results.
