Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the product's excellent battery life, overall performance as a multifunctional fitness tracker, and ease of use. Many also appreciate its small size, slim design, lightweight nature, and accurate tracking for sleep, steps, and heart rate, along with its water resistance. However, some users have noted concerns regarding the band's thickness, the absence of built-in GPS, and limited connectivity for making calls.

If you want an activity tracker that gets the job done and doesn’t break the bank, I would recommend the Inspire 3. I had an Inspire 2 and the 3 is a nice upgrade for the same retail.

It is just okay. The watch time is supposed to show when you just twist your wrist toward you and it doesn’t. Occasionally, when I am trying to get the time or steps it goes places I don’t want.

Quite nice, not as well built as the higher end fit bits. That being said it feels like google is running Fitbit into the ground with every update. If youre looking for a real watch save for a galaxy, or even a Google watch.

Disappointed that metal bands cannot be purchased for Inspire 3. Otherwise the Inspire 3 isn't much different that my Inspire 2. Which I had purchased several different bands to wear.

    Heart monitor is useless

I loved this for the first couple of days and so wanted to continue loving it. The heart monitor function is pretty much useless as it has huge fluctuations. In posting on the customer forum the moderator just gives you all these instructions about how you have to wear it just right and you have to restart it etc. Why do we continue to put up with technology that doesn't work out of the box is a mystery to me. I had bought a Samsung watch 5 and I think it was pretty accurate but it made weird things happen to my skin. I wore the inspire 3 to the cardiologist for a routine stress test and my heart rate went to 144 at the end of the test and the Fitbit never got out of the '60s. And then when I stopped the heart rate started going up and ended up about 95 after the medical machine was registering arresting heart rate of about 75.

Stopped working after 10 months. Fitbit makes it very difficult to return. There is no way to get warranty service online. Chat is useless. Phone customer service is offshore and appears to have instructions to stall (after failing to charge and turn on with two different chargers, I was instructed to leave it plugged in to the USB on my computer for 1 hour before I could get a case number or initiate a return). It is a cheap, basic fitness tracker. It should work, or it should be replaced quickly with another cheap, basic fitness tracker.

It is a nice entry level device, if you're thinking of purchasing a health monitoring device. The only thing I don't care for is that you have to pay for a monthly subscription to unlock all of the features

It would have been more comfortable and attractive if it lay flat on the wrist like an Apple Watch. I also found it challenging to read because the numbers and words were so small.
