Love this version..this is our 3rd fitbit and this one by far is the best

My watch works great. I love all the features. I can keep track of miles walked, pulse, and show calories burned with exercise.

Worked well for 2 weeks then had a update which did not download causing watch to not function properly. Im currently waiting for replacement. Fitbit cs was great in helping. Everything else about it i like style battery life. .

Love my fitbit and the new features this model offers. I like the different screen icons as well. Only issue is with all the features running, the battery life isn't as long.

use it daily for personal use for medical and activity reasons

Had to return. Worked very well, easy to use. Just did not fit my needs.

Watch is smarter than I am. Has so many features available I'm constantly looking on line for "how to" videos. I got it for the heart analysis features and they are great. Would have given it a higher but this is my 2nd watch. The 1st just stopped taking a charge after a couple of months. My wife has the same watch just in a different color. I could charge her watch on my charger but couldn't charge my watch on either charger. When I took the original back to the Best Buy where I got it the Geek Squad tech told me that Best Buy "didn't support smart watches". Fortunately I had my sales receipt with my Total Tech info indicating that I got 2 years support. I did get a new watch but if I hadn't been prepared I would have gotten screwed.

So far so good with this watch. My wife really loves it

This smart watch gives me a great satisfaction, as its features help in my every day activities

Recently purchased a new Sense 2 to replace my original version Sense that had suddenly stopped working. The new features for tracking activities are better and it seems like the heartrate monitor is more accurate when exercising, which is the one complaint I had with the original Sense. Additional screens that are easy to view and scroll through provide quick access to data.

I have used Fitbit devices for years and this one is by far the best version.

Best in class on the market! Bought this for a friend who recently has some health issues and the heart rate monitor it key.

Love it. Just having some issues but overall great.

I love my new Fitbit Sense 2. It keeps me on track with everything

Disconnects often, factory reset itself once, the ecg option isnt as good as you'd think, unless afib is your only concern, seems a waste to not do more. Might as well get a kardia. And the old versa 2 at least had some app support like spotify. So far, just seems not worth the investment.
