    Great smart watch. Does a great job with counting calories and figuring when I'm working out. I hardly ever start the watch when im exercising so the sense feature helps me keep track of my exercise.

    I bought this for my husband for his birthday and he just loves the watch and what it does for him. The salesperson was a gem and I personally appreciatate the customer service I received.

    Nice watch with multi-function faces available. Can easily link up with phone app, but only basic items. All advanced items have to be downloaded separately.

    Great watch but did have to do one reset as it would not charge/turn on. Online search for hard reset got it back up and running.

    I got this sense 2 for my mom. I helped load the app. It connected to the fairly quickly. Not really sure what all the differences are in comparison to to the one I have. It charges quickly.

    Haven't had it long, but it seems the features in the app have been changed since i got my original Versa, and not for the best. It hung up once when i was trying to change watch face.

    My wife's Sense 2 stopped working after only a year but still had a warranty as well as it was covered by Total Tech. Took the old one in and they exchanged it without questions

    Really disappointed with this Fitbit. I've had Fitbits in the past, so I was excited about this smart watch one. After an update though, it kept rebooting itself to where it kept wiping out all my alarms I had set on the watch. I tried to get a replacement, but the replacement did the same thing with the update.

    I just love my new watch....I have worn different Fitbit styles over the years, but this is the best one yet, sometimes I have to keep looking at my wrist to make sure it is still there as it is so very comfortable and lite.

    We returned our Fitbit that we purchased, because it was defective. We paid the $40 to have the new one set up, and we ended up having to set sone things our self. It is stull bot doing everything that it should.

    I am enjoying the Sense 2. It is great! This is my third Fitbit I did not realize all the data that it could provide: Health data is very important. Don't for your steps!
