    My doctor recommended this. I was to monitor several things, but could never get this to 'connect' with anything. They refused to work with me, so I was stuck with this useless FitBit.

      1. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
      2. Remove your Fitbit device from your account and phone.
      3. Check your phone’s Bluetooth and internet access.

    I purchased one of these and it broke after two months and Fitbit would not give me another item to replace it. I will never get one of these again.!!!!

    Love the device and all of the features but simple things like putting a custom picture as your main display or changing time zones is clunky. Highly reccomemd for the array of features and the price but if you’re looking for an extension of your phone I would recommend getting a Pixel or Apple Watch.

    I needed another Fitbit watch and I had the first one which broke on me in less than a year. The Fitbit sense 2 is way better than the original one.

    I wish I would have looked into this prior to purchasing. There aren’t any third party or music apps available for this product. I could go on a run with just my watch and wireless earbuds to listen to music I installed. Now I have to carry my phone to listen to music through it instead.

    Loved the graphics,but Fitbit app would not load properly. The lack of accessibility led me to exchange it for a Google Pixel 2. If all you want is a fitness app, this might be right for you if you can get it to work.
