    Fun watch for tracking BP, sleep patterns, steps, etc. Not as user friendly as I would like.

    Good looking watch. Encourages and reminds you of health activities...for example need to increase fluid intake and when you have reached daily step goals. EKG and heart rate excellent- especially for someone with high blood pressure and heart problems- so many features-timer-phone messages. would highly recomend this watch
