    I put on the watch and it doesn't read/work. My wife put the the watch on and it work on her white skin. But if she put the watch on her other arm where she as a dark tattoo ink and it wont work. So she use it on her left because is the only way my girt i got her works. Worst Christmas present I got my wife and a waist of 200$

    It worked for the first 2 days and after I tried to charge it, the watch went black… can’t even get it started.. heading to return it.

    A very different product to the Charge 5 it replaces on my wrist, but I'm liking the change. Let's just hope that it last better than the Charge 5, which seem to have an average lifespan of about 9 months. That's in line with a string of prior Fibits, that have usually fallen apart after a few months. Coupled with just awful customer service at Firbit, that has not been a pleasant experience.

    I specifically told the salesperson what I wanted the fitbit to do. This fitbit doesn't do any of that.

    Bought this as a gift and she absolutely loved it . She’s into sports and fitness so it made a great Christmas present

    Love everything about this watch….great tracking…bands are much easier to switch out than on the 1st Versa that I had…

    I got these for myself & my husband for health tracking. We asked if they could set them up for us at the store but said they could not. We bought them anyway and had trouble setting them up so returned both of them. Also we were not told to get some features you had to pay for a premium plan. They may have worked out well if someone could have taked the time to set them up for us?

    This is the worst Fitbit watch I have purchased. It would not hold a charge and did not tell me my steps. I reached out to Fitbit, but all they did was send me two more that did the exact same thing. You would think a company like them would make it right but since COVID company's only care about the bottom line. I'm out of $219 and just bought a different one so I can record my workouts.

    Not happy with this watch at all. It was a Christmas gift and maybe this one is just a lemon but time is off by 4 hours and 23 minutes, most of the functions connecting to phone don’t work. Haven’t been able to figure out any fixes on our end. We’ll be trying to exchange it for Apple Watch after vacation.

    Unfortunately I had to return this watch due to malfunction. Though no fault of Best Buy. This was the 2nd fitbit I purchased ( other watch was purchased elsewhere but had same malfuntions ) I will say, the customer service experience was superior.

    This Fitbit IS a lot nicer than any others that I've owned, however, the battery barely lasts 2 days, had I known that before purchasing, I would have gone with a different watch. Fitbits generally fall apart within a year, so if this one lives up to that history, it will be the last one I purchase.

    It froze all the time. Sometimes it would just be a black screen and i could do mothing with it. It was poorly made and hard a very hard time staying connected to my phone.

    All the features you loved from older Fitbits, pending an unlisted future update. It's fast but can't take calls
